I highly recommend Inner Space. Ali is helpful, courteous, honest, and attentive. He helped us select our flooring with no pressure and with great sensitivity to our budget. His prices were fair and reasonable, and he followed through on his promises.
Our installation went great, and they even made some changes on things that we were not completely satisfied with (things that were not their fault) and with no charge. It was a high quality installation, and the guys were professional and neat (even cleaned the floors before leaving. Ali followed up at least once after the fact.
I have dealt with many people in this industry, and my expectations are not very high. Ali, however, excelled in every way.

4 years ago I decided to get rid of carpet in my home and install laminate flooring. Ali was extremely helpful. He brought different samples for me to look at gave me great advice as what to choose and the best price He and his crew and Mr. George did a great job on my floors. He followed up with me to make sure I was happy. They changed my small base boards for much larger ones at no extra cost. 4 months later a pipe burst in my bathroom and my new beautiful floor got wet. Ali and the crew came back reinstalled new floors at a great price again. I am very happy with the service I received. Call him let him do your floors you won’t be disappointed.

Ali was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Since I knew very little about flooring, Ali walked me thru all my options from laminate to hardwood to tile. Never did I feel pressured to pick the pricier options. After picking out prospective flooring, Ali gave me some samples to bring out to the house to see which would best fit for me.
Once the flooring was picked, Ali’s crew came out and put the flooring in extremely efficiently and professionally. They got everything in and cleaned up immaculately within 4 days. To top it off, prices were great too. I shopped around and Ali’s prices could not be beat!

Innerspace Interiors with Ali and installers, George and crew, did an amazing job easing my anxiety and helping me realize my «hardwood» dreams.
I longed for the hardwood look to open up the 500 square feet of living space that includes my tiny kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room area. In addition to the cleanliness of hardwood versus carpet, I’ve always been a fan of the aesthetics. However, I did have a couple of concerns including which flooring option to choose (real hardwood, re-​engineered hardwood, laminate or tile); my dog’s arthritis (she may be more comfortable laying on carpet); scratch marks from Chaos’ nails, furniture and heels; disturbing my neighbor below me; speed of installation; and the cost with quality (last, and probably, most).
Ali was phenomenal to work with. Not only was he informative and patient, but I also didn’t feel like I was being pressured or «hosed». He advised me regarding my floor options, schedule, financing and shop-​around needs. I vacillated between flooring choices and chose an Armstrong distressed laminate flooring with cork. It looks just like wood. Wow! They say re-​engineered or real hardwood increases resell, but the laminate works best with 70lb labs (my dog Chaos); is easiest to clean; and produces the least amount of noise to my downstairs neighbor.
Not only did Ali help me with the laminate decision without pressuring me, but also gave me a great price and installed within 1-​day to surprise my mom who was in town. They even showed up early!
I felt like he was invested in my happiness and overall satisfaction. He was the first supplier that I visited. I shared that I needed to speak with at least two other suppliers before making a decision. He encouraged me so that I would feel comfortable with my final decision.
The other two suppliers were courteous, but weren’t able to meet my cost with quality needs. I was tempted to go with the 18-​month 0% financing from another company, but felt uncomfortable with other shops not using ½″ corking underneath the floors and not having my color options. I didn’t want to order it myself.
To be fair, there were a couple of areas that customers should be aware of: installation takes at least 1-​day, is noisy and dusty (there’s nothing you can do about that); and there may be some wall or carpet damage that can easily be painted over or cleaned.
Overall, I am very happy with my supplier and floor choice. I hope this review helps other home renovators!
