I used to love J Crew but the quality isn’t what it used to be. For the price you would think that they should last for at least a couple of washes. The styles have gotten a little boring and dated. I miss the old J crew!

This isn’t really a review of J. Crew, the company or clothes, per say, but the staff. I find them insufferable. I frequent the store pretty often and am a great customer of the brand, but the Thousand Oaks staff is awful. They seem to have a pretty full-​time staff because I always see the same people when i’m there, and they truly act like helping you is a large inconvenience. Bishes, please. This isn’t Saks. I go to Santa Barbara when possible, where the selection is actually better (more resort), and the staff is incredible.

great store – always has good stuff to choose from, but I had to take off a star because their selection is not up to par with the larger stores (like The Grove)…which is annoying to have to either drive to Topanga or wherever they have what you are trying to find, or order online. Great staff though… helpful and honest and always go out of their way to find what you need.
