Kanda specializes in traditional Japanese sashimi and sushi.
The Itamae, Chef Mitsu-san, is well known in the area for his creativity and ability to prepare exotic dishes while always remaining true to the art form. We cater to sushi Amateurs to Connoisseurs and everything in between.
History
Established in 2009.
We created Kanda to provide customers (with discriminating taste) the highest quality Traditional Japanese Style sushi and sashimi.

Mitsu owned several restaurants including «Tempura House» in Thousand Oaks, and «Sushi Tei» in Agoura/Oak Park.
On November 22, 2009, Kanda opened it’s doors.
