Les Boudoirs Boutique

This is a review for Kim! I have not actually been to this store (yet!), but Kim and I had a conversation in another shop.
We were talking about my difficulty wearing strapless tops since I can’t find a proper strapless bra. She informed me that I have probably been wearing the incorrect size.
I was shocked when she sized me (no measurements, just visual) at 30 °F. I have been wearing a 34DD for all of my life.
I immediately went home and researched where I could even find this size bra (I live in West LA, so driving to Les Bou wasn’t an immediate option).
I found a store with my correct size, ordered it immediately and could barely sleep because of the excitement. The next morning, I picked up my correct bra size and I can legitimately say my «Devine appointment» with Kim changed my life!
I’m adding a line on next month’s budget so I can purchase my first piece from Kim. She is wonderful and I have high hopes for this store!

Les Boudoirs in one simply word… «Beautiful»! This store is lovely inside and the staff is even better! They are so willing to make you feel as comfortable as possibly while trying stuff on. I really enjoy the high quality of their products in the store. Yes girls I know most hate bra shopping but this is a different experience to make you feel sexy and happy with what you see in the mirror. I was very happy with my buy and will be returning soon :)

My experience this past weekend at Les Boudoirs was of the type that you simply don’t find in retail — attentive and truly helpful staff and ownership that genuinely values their customers. I have not experienced such excellent service in a long, long time!
First of all — Les Boudoirs is a luxury boutique. If you have never visited a luxury lingerie boutique, you should be aware that it is common practice for the staff to help you with your fittings, and yes, that means they will have to touch you. If this makes you uncomfortable, I am confident that the fabulous staff here would be very accommodating of that if you were to simply let them know. I am shocked to see a one-​star review of such a fabulous store based on the fact that fitting assistants attempted to help fit someone. Don’t let that dissuade you from visiting this place — communication is a simple tool that can address this potential issue for you!
I came to Les Boudoirs in search of a particular type of piece. I called ahead to see if they carried it, and the clerk who answered informed me that yes they did, so I headed over. When I arrived, I met Kim, who had answered my call. I felt she went absolutely above and beyond to assist me. She provided me with excellent information, advice, and personal experiences and preferences that set a special tone in the store — she really cared about my shopping experience. She must have pulled every single option she had in the whole place for me to peruse, without me even requesting that she do so, and gone through the details, pros and cons, and any special points of each piece. She offered me a drink and was very patient with my extreme indecisiveness. Her assistance alone would have encouraged me to return to the store.
I mentioned how indecisive I am… so, in my typical fashion, the next day I changed my mind about the piece. I returned to the store and was assisted by Cindy. She was absolutely congenial through the return process, and her pleasant and welcoming demeanor, despite the fact that I was returning rather than purchasing, is something I was not expecting at such a high-​end shop. After our transaction was finished, Cindy took the time to show me some pieces from a line I told her I was hoping to come back and look at around my boyfriend’s birthday, even pulling out a catalog from their desk to go through with me. I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell to me, but rather to help me get an idea of things I would like based on what I had told her about my preferences. She is clearly quite knowledgeable and actually enjoys helping people find something that makes them feel both comfortable and sexy.
I will be returning, and I will be recommending the business to my friends and family as a business that not only carries quality products but also has a stellar staff who treats their customers as a priority.

Do yourself a favor and go check out this lovely local business! Les Boudoir Boutique is the epitome of what an intimate lingerie store should be. They carry high quality over mass quantity… The gals working there are highly trained and very knowledgeable. They actually want to help you find what is right for your body! (How awesome is that?!) I was greeted immediately upon arrival and felt as if they had a genuine interest in assisting me. With that said, I have been wearing the wrong size bra for about 10 years! I didn’t know any better, I trusted that very popular lingerie store (that most women go to) knew what they were talking about! Guess again! They explained to be why there was «gapping» and why I have had massive indentations in my shoulders (wrong size in the band as well as the cup size)! Having high end retail experience myself, eye contact and client interaction is something I take very seriously! I would recommend Les Boudoir Boutique to anyone that’s looking for a luxurious experience and not to mention the fabulous intimate apparel they carry! Also a wonderful idea for husbands and boyfriends looking for gift ideas! :)

Came in with an open mind of trying on different styles and sizes of bras…
Cindy and Maria, are very knowledgeable and were great listeners to my experience at other bra boutique shops.
**Keep in mind that this is a high end brassiere boutique… this is not your «buy 2 for 1 deal», ladies you get what you pay for! which in this place is great quality.
I like a good support for my «girls» it’s important specially being a 30H, it’s difficult to find places that carry small band size and full cups, plus I don’t want saggy breast later on for having the wrong bra/​support LOL …
I am not a shy girl, Cindy was respectful at all times, it was me that was out there LOL.
I thought it was cute how Cindy would ask if «I was decent for she can come in» and adjust my bra (that’s exceptional customer service)
Les Boudoirs boutique did have some stuff on sale which I happen to take advantage :-)
They have many, many nice, exotic, playful and sexy lingerie ;-)
I do luv their dressing room, very chic and private, just like their name!

Shopping for a new bra, an expensive one at that, most bras average more than $ 100, apparently requires that you have the main manager walk in and «adjust» you as you try on bras. Ummmm, no! That’s a little too intimate for me. That’s not how it works, I think she helped herself to my fitting room for more than two to three times without asking to come in. She wanted to adjust me, ladies. That’s not how it works, I think. Privacy is a big thing to me, and if she’s adjusting without knocking that means she’s not discreet with your private parts. I get it, I’m in a lingerie shop, but that also requires a bit of privacy. I felt like I was in an episode of Friends and she was adjusting me by moving my lower cup of my breast over. Yes, that sounds disgusting but she had no right to come in and do that. Or at least ask before you touch a client. That’s my body, thank you. I’m not giving you any of my business, heading back to Saks if I ever am back in the market to splurge on an expensive bra and pantie set again.

If I blinked, I would be in Vegas. That’s right this high end lingerie boutique is slick. modern and pricy. Panties and bras under glass like historical Hard Rock Music memorabilia is displayed. Yeah, touch a price tag and get sticker stock. Sure the lingerie is incredibly beautiful and well displayed. The fitting areas are hip and very personal. The sales associate was by the way, rubinesque in stature. I found that delightfully fitting. Now, like a black crow, the owner or manager emerged and started starring at me with the look like… What are you doing in my store. Well, never typecast any customer and remember this…

Beautiful, sexy and a well curated inventory of everything a girl needs to feel good about what is hidden beneath her clothing. Good form and thank goodness for this gem of a boutique.

I had a great first experience today at Les Boudoirs boutique that just opened about a month ago in Westlake Village. Shopping for a new bra can be a very difficult and frustrating process and Heidi was so helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease instantly. She help me find two amazing fitting bras with matching panties. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend. These girls clearly know what they are doing. You can tell that they have been trained and take their job very seriously. Whether you are an ‘A’ cup or an ‘H’ cup they can help.

This is truly a special place for beauty, sensuality and discovery. Very special items and also a great selection of bras and panties!!! It takes lingerie to a whole new level of luxury!!! Love this space !

Looove it! Such a beautiful place. I went in for a bra fitting and was assisted by Heydi. She was wonderful! .very attentive, professional and so nice. She made me feel very comfortable and helped answer all my questions. Thanks! Also, besides great customer service, they have a wide variety of lingerie styles. From very sexy to conservative, which makes it a great place to shop, for yourself or for a gift for someone else. I will definitely shop there again. :)

Omg! Im in love with this store!!! Gorgeous selection in fine lingerie. Im so happy that I found my New go to place, whenever I have a special occasion and need to feel sexy for my husband. I would also like to highly recommend Maria. Without her, I would be lost. She has exceptional knowledge in all areas of luxury fashion. Les Boudoirs Boutique is great! I went in searching for a birthday gift for my wife. Heidi was so helpful & the inventory is amazing. With great customer service & high end products, I will definitely be shopping there again!

Les Boudoirs Boutique is the most fabulous new lingerie store to open in Los Angeles. It’s classy and elegant yet incredibly sexy, though discreet. They carry top designers and several in from Europe. This is the first boutique in the Westlake, Agoura, Calabasas valley area and was executed perfectly. The interior is beautiful with clean lines and displays all of the best pieces without looking overwhelming or cluttered. It’s clean and tastefully designed, and well represents the beauty of their collections. There are styles for everyone, whether you lean towards more conservative pieces or prefer exotic ones. It’s the perfect place for women to shop as well as for men buying gifts! And the staff is very helpful and informative.
I would choose to shop there over Kiki de Montparnasse or Agent Provocateur any day, and other boutiques don’t even compete. Les Boudoirs Boutique is an absolute must, especially for the holidays!

Les Boudoirs carries an awesome collection of Luxury Intimate Apparel and Hosiery. Beware… It’s definitely NOT a Victoria Secrets.
Luxury Lingerie Addicts will appreciate this new boutique on the west side with its fashion forwardness. The fashion lingerie assortments are amazing and they do offer basics, as well.
