I often go this cute frozen yogurt place for cool, the fruit flavor is so good, for me is the best in thousand oaks! people here provide nice service, so I will be happy to collect more Smiles here!

We came on a Saturday night. They state at the door they close at 11 pm. We came Sat night at 10:15, 4 yogurts were already closed down. The 2 staff there were cleaning the machines. They never greeted us. We wanted to try samples and they removed the sample cups. We asked for sample cups and they looked at us rude, what?
After we purchased our yogurt we noticed there was no where to sit. They removed all the chairs and tables. We told the team member and she nodded like oh well.
We noticed they closed the store 30 minutes early. I spoke to some friends and they said this store has a reputation of closing early.
A few days later I called the owner Farhad to tell him about my experience. He said he’ll get back to me. 3 weeks later and he did not get back to me. I called him to tell him I never heard back from him and he blew me off.
Very unprofessional and low ethics company. They lost me as a client.

This place has been smelling bad for the last two weeks or at least whenever I go in there. When a place that serves food smells like this for such a long time I wonder how much people care for hygiene and health laws. Waffles tasted old other Toppings also seemed past the due date. Kitchen door is always open which is not okay and it looks messy in there. Bathroom toilet is constantly running. All these things show me that there is no management really cares. Try harder please. I give two stars since the brown haired lady working there was really friendly.

Great flavors and selection, but the last three times I have been in there it smelled like a porta potty. They definitely have some sort of septic issue going on, which doesn’t mix well with fro yo.

Wonderful customer service! I’m always greeted and offered sample cups. The place is clean and has a bathroom. There is inside and outside seating. The flavors are good and the selection is good. They offer dairy free and gluten free options. They are very aware of food allergies and have options for almost everyone. The only dislike I have is the brownie. The only time I got it was old.

So, this place will forever be 5++++ stars for me. My 25th birthday was last month and I happened to be at the mall with my Mom, my sister & brother when we decided to get fro-​yo before we left. When we got there. It was the same as it is, always. We were welcomed with a smile, samples and fantastic conversation. The owner here — Michael, recalls not only me and my family but many other families in this community. You can clearly see his dedication to making a positive impact and building friendships with the people who visit his store. He provided me with the most delicious and special birthday cake. Thank you for being so kind and for all you do!

This review is for the frozen yogurt cake. Seriously, it can’t be beat. You get to choose your flavors, fillings, extras, custom top, all for under $ 25. Customer service was so friendly and helpful. The cake was exactly what my daughter asked for. All of her friends loved it and even had seconds. If you are in the market for an ice cream cake, DEFINITELY consider a Menchie’s frozen yogurt cake. You won’t regret it!

Yes, frozen yogurt tastes good and no one can argue against that. However, when they weighed our cups and said the total price I wondered which one of us used gold nuggets as a topping! $ 28.00 for four cups and only two of us used toppings? C’mon now, that is cray and my yogurt didn’t taste as good with my tears in it. Cheers

Frozen yogurt done right. Walk in for some exceptional service and frozen yogurt. Sometimes the ‘mix’ flavor variety doesn’t make sense at all. I always do ‘Takes The Cake Batter’. Amazing place. Best frozen yogurt around.

My husband and I recently came to Menchie’s again. We had a froyo craving, so swung by to get our own customized bowl of frozen yogurt. :) It was great, we got our usual flavors and added the mocha topping, along w/​gummy bears, reese cups, etc. Our bowls usually end up under $ 6 which is reasonable since we’re sharing.
They used to have this deal where you get a couple bucks off your movie ticket if you buy a frozen yogurt from menchies. Not sure if that deal still exists anymore, but it’d be nice to take advantage of it before it goes away!
