Nails Club

Wow, owner/owner’s wife very rushed, didn’t do as I asked, very hard hand massage and when done the edges of my nails were rough from course file, not smoothed at all, had to ask them to smooth the edges and that was a fire drill too.
Pedicure done by owner (man), better but still didn’t cut my toe nails as I asked, I had to keep asking again and again. When I initially did not choose the callous remover ($ 7 extra) he used the pumice on my heels for maybe 45 seconds, I guess to emphasize the need for the callous cream, c’mon!
I used to go here regularly, just mani/Pedi’s, no fanciness, and thought I’d treat myself for my birthday and go back,…what a stupid choice, should have stayed closer to home and enjoyed the day.

I went into Nails Club to get Christmas nails and I absolutely loved it! I got french tip acrylics WITH christmas design for a good price of 35 $ unlike other salons that charge over 50 $. If you go ask for Trina! Shes super sweet and does an excellent job :) I will definitely be going back.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure a week ago. The place was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was slightly more expensive than the average salon, but no big deal. I got the basic pedicure. It was nothing fancy (which was what I wanted) and it looks awesome. My nails are a different story. After a week, my nails started to chip. I went into the store and asked for a refund. They told me I’ve been picking at my nails. I told them no. After all, why would I pick at nails I just spent thirty bucks on? They offered to fix it, but didn’t give me a refund. I didn’t want another repeat of what happened, so I got them fixed at another place.
I really wanted to like this salon. I was raised in Thousand Oaks and I remember coming to this place when I was a teenager to get my acrylic done (we all make mistakes when we are young… lol) and thought they were very good. Oh well.

I was charged extra $ 12 to remove gel from 6 nails. Got hurt by Lady who just jabbed the cuticle tool hard on my skin. Horrible job done on eyebrows. .all crooked. .I’ll never go back! !!

First time at Nail Club, but Max and his team were fantastic. Lots of colors to choose from, and the site is clean and well kept. You’ve got a new customer now!

Painful. I consider I have a reasonable pain tolerance but this felt like torture. It hurt. ALOT! She was in a hurry. Job got done but not relaxing or worth it.

I came less than an hour before closing like a jerk but they totally took me anyways. They didn’t rush and they were so nice!
Their salon is super clean and they take care of it.
I’ll be back for sure!!!

Everything was great. My husband reluctantly went with me as part of a date night to get pedicures. We ended it with him saying that we should come back in two months. Haha. We enjoyed the leg and foot massages. They people working were very nice and talked to us just enough without being too chatty. Will definitely be back.

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this salon. Got a mani pedi which took all of 20 minutes to be completed. The nail technicians didn’t soak my feet or hands, or touch my cuticles. My nails were filed unevenly and a few of my nails cracked and split due to poor handling. They didn’t fix it when I asked and gave me a lot of attitude. They also did not seem to clean their supplies between customers– ew! When I talked to the manager, he was rude and told me I was lying. He said it was my fault for having such a bad experience because I was on my phone for part of the time. Definitely not going back and a total waste of $ 30.

If you appreciate a personal and relaxed nail salon, this is it. Never crowded and the staff are always friendly and comfortable. They’re simple and talented with anything you want done bMy mom and I both love this place and have been coming back for over a year now. Any of their nail technicians can do an awesome acrylic manicure and their hard work is never under appreciated. If you’re looking for Thousand Oaks best nail salon, it is nails club. Thank you guys for being my families favorite place! I would give more stars if I could :)

Okay nail salon, okay service. Nothing special. I had a pedicure and they had me wait at a spa chair to soak my feet. I was waiting there for about 40 minutes with no bath salt, just plain water. Had to wave someone down to ask for it. My nails came out okay, there were a lot of polish marks on my toes that she tried to take off with acetone but didn’t really come off.
The problem that I had was when I went to pay and mentioned my Unilocal «check in» deal the confused employee went to ask who I’m guessing is the owner… and came back and told me that I couldn’t use it as it was for new clients and I had been there once before a year ago. I insisted that I had never been there and showed her that I just had one check in, but she refused to honor the deal. Interesting that a woman I had never seen before believed she knew exactly who I was and that I had been there once a year ago? I didn’t feel it was worth arguing further so I paid full price despite being very annoyed at the cheapness of the owner refusing to honor a deal she created. To add to the inconvenience, their credit card machine does not offer the option to add tip and the employee didn’t inform me of this until after it was too late. So she told me to go to whole foods and get cash back to give her a tip. Seriously?! I was so annoyed I was tempted to just leave without giving a tip but felt bad about it and went to get the damn tip. I won’t be back, hope refusing to honor the Unilocal deal (which would have only given me $ 2 off by the way!) was worth losing a customer.

I must admit that Trina is amazing, efficient and does the best nails! She’s consistent with service no matter how busy. My only gripe is that it’s difficult to get an appointment.

I joined Unilocal!just to post this review. This was easily the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! My feet feel refreshed, relaxed and are callous free. My polish was applied carefully and I’m confident my toes have never been more beautiful.
Let’s be honest, it’s all about the massage right? I had the Club Deluxe pedicure and my massage was at least 10 mins maybe even longer of total body relaxing bliss. Seriously, better than some professional massages I’ve had.
The salon is clean, everyone working was pleasant and attentive and they have a great assortment of polish. They have a TON of gel colors if that’s your preference.
I’m from LA and am so glad my SO lives nearby because I am coming back. Often.

Had a great relaxing mani/pedi…massage chairs, nice staff and free wine… all for $ 50… perfect! Definitely my new nail place ;)

Great customer service! Check in to get 10% off! Amazing gel mani/“decadent” pedi– $ 55.00. Tons of colors to choose from, and very clean. Girls are very friendly, bit let you enjoy your spa time. Definitley reccommended!

My favorite part of this nail salon is the environment (the setup) and how clean they are.
I’m super picky about nail salons and I was comfortable here. Max and another lady worked on me. I did a pedicure and a gel manicure. They soak your hands in lemon water, nice. Their trays and equipment were clean. The manager was constantly and consistently cleaning the bowls and sweeping, I loved that. They also offered me water, which I’ve never been offered before at any other place, it’s these little things that count. They are also helpful and attentive. I’d go back again.

Brought my sister’s bridal party here on Friday morning and they did a great job! Very courteous and were able to accommodate all seven of us in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them :)

One of my favorite places to get a mani pedi while waiting for traffic to die down. I’ve been here twice and Max helped me out. I was pretty happy with everything — very thorough, friendly, professional and they did a great job. They treat their customers really well. Once when I was there, they ran next door and got one of their long time customers a dozen roses and gave everyone champagne.
A bit on the pricey side ~$ 20 for a pedicure. However, I would definitely come back and recommend Nails Club.

If youre looking for general, nail service, then this is ok.
They do not offer the higher end GEL nail polish, and have a very small selection.
I am used to using Bio Gel, which they do not have.
So I did the straight shellac they offered, which then peeled off 4 days later… It was also VERY lumpy too.
For cheap nails, then this would be fine. I prefer to spend money on quality product though that will last.
