National Bartender Staffing is dedicated to providing top end bartender and staffing service throughout Southern California. Located in beautiful Thousand Oaks, we service all of Santa Barbara, Ventura, SFV, and Orange County.

Our small team of bartenders are fun, friendly, professional and well trained.

We have full million dollar insurance, just in case anything goes wrong.

Some of the things we offer:

1. All bartenders come with complete 15 piece bar kits.

2. Servers, hosts, barbacks, clean-​up crew, and security.

3. Rentals: Mobile Bars, glassware, tables, coolers.

5. Every bartender and bar staff has mastery of over 160 cocktails and mixed drinks. and a depth of knowledge on liquor, liqueurs, cordials, wines, beers…

7. Super friendly! Customer service is king, we make sure we are sending someone out with a great attitude, committed to not only making cocktails, but also smiles!

On-​Call 24⁄7: NBS is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a staff member does not show up at 1:00, call us! I’ll be there myself at 1:15!

Offering high end bartending and staffing service. Myself and my small team are trained and certified bartenders in classical bartending skills. Bartending is an art, and we consider ourselves artists!

Amazing, awesome and fun!!! Everything from the start to finish was done with perfection; Paul was very helpful and informative.
We threw a super bowl party last night for around 30 friends and had Ross from NBS come out to do the deed. He was simply fabulous and all our friends loved him. He mixed the drinks so well and we all had a lotta fun, especially the flaming shots. We had amazing time and we are now «the best party hosts» for our friends. thanx to Paul and Ross. I host a lot of events for numerous types of organizations. I was in need of a few bartenders for various parties. I decided to call Paul at National Bartending Staffing. Once I was in contact with Paul, he set me up with a few of his bartenders. Every party that I have held, all bartenders showed up early to help set up and stayed late to help clean up. The staff made the night run super smooth. The bartenders did an excellent job. They showed professionalism and assisted whenever it was necessary. I could not have asked for anything better. Paul’s response time was quick and adamant, regardless if the communication was via text, e-​mail, online or over the phone. Paul is a great guy. He is always helping his bartenders and inspiring them to achieve more by boosting their confidence through great advice. His resiliency is admirable which made him capable of establishing great relations with myself and other mutual friends. I have definitely recommend his company to others and would use his staff again anytime.

I received a call from Paul the owner (turns out Luke was the manager). Paul apologized profusely for what happened and he met with me in person today to give me a cash refund. He explained that though there had been some communication issues with a former employee, those issues have been resolved. He offered to personally bartend my next event. I really appreciated the personal touch by Paul and I would give this company another chance.

I used Paul and his staff for Thanksgiving this year at our home for a party of 25 guests. He sent out 2 very helpful staff members to assist my wife in serving, cleaning, and make our night go exactly to plan.
His staff showed up early and stayed even after all the guests had departed. They were professional and assisted wherever necessary. I would definitely use them again.

I was in contact with Paul when booking his staff for my wedding. What a great person to communicate with! He was always very quick to respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls! Yes, I communicated with him A LOT! I had a wedding venue owner from Hell and Paul was completely understanding to my situation! The venue owner is why I communicated with him so much! Paul was always easy to talk to and easy to understand. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful he and his staff are!
My wedding venue owner was very adamant about having a bartender that was ABC California State licensed and insured (she told us this a few weeks prior to the wedding– stay away from Oak Glen’s Buttercup Cottage!) and Paul was more than accommodating and understanding!
His employees that came for the wedding were AWESOME!!! My guests loved them! They were very professional and fun! My experience with Paul and his staff (Omar was the main bartender at our wedding) could not be better! I will definitely be hiring them again in the future!

Disclaimer: Our event hasn’t happened yet, so I’m basing this review purely on the customer service I’ve received so far. I’ll definitely re-​review and post pics after my wedding to let you know how the actual day-​of went!
I’ve been in contact with Paul, and I’m incredibly pleased with the pricing and what they’re able to offer! In addition to bartending services, Paul was willing to provide staffing for other misc. tasks that need to happen on the day of my wedding (like moving furniture, post-​event cleanup, etc.) It’s been surprisingly hard to find a bartending service that would do that! (Lots of caterers do that, but we’re having a rather unconventional wedding with food served from a food truck; so we’re not booking traditional catering services.)
I’m still in the pretty early stages of planning my wedding, so we’re still figuring out exactly how the day will go, but Paul was super helpful with answering all my questions, even offering to provide a shopping list for us and help us with cocktail recipes, since we’re buying all the alcohol and will just be serving signature cocktails instead of having a full bar.
Huge pros for National Bar Staffing:
— Reasonable prices
— Paul was very accommodating to my questions and requests
— They provide glassware! so you can rent directly from them without having to worry about dealing with another vendor to deliver/​pickup your glassware
— They have a few options for mobile bars that they can bring to your venue (at various price points), so you can choose what works for you if the venue doesn’t already have a bar area itself
Obviously, a wedding is a really momentous occasion, so it’s top priority for me to book vendors who are responsive, friendly, fun and professional — we want the day to be as fun as possible for our close friends and family. And so far, it’s been nothing but good vibes from National Bar Staffing! I’m looking forward to a great day!

Last Friday September 25 — I need a bartender for my 22nd birthday. Paul was super quick in responding and was so nice. He gave me a shopping list of the things are bartender needed and was always just a phone call away if I had any questions.
On the night of my birthday we got Omar! He was literally the best bartender we could have ever wanted. He was SO much fun and knew how to make every single drink we wanted. Amazing service at my cousin’s wedding this past weekend. Kourtney really had the party going! 400+ guests and they all were happy with the job Kourtney and the girls did. I absolutely LOVE these guys! I used them for my boyfriend’s birthday party. I don’t drink or know anything about mixed drinks, so it was really great having someone who actually knows what they’re doing. The staff was polite and super friendly. Set up was a breeze! We hired this service for my sister’s wedding reception at my Uncle’s house in moorpark. Everyone was very polite and professional. The bartenders brought some supplies with them which helped as well. Paul was very easy to work with and all his employees came with a good attitude and worked at a great pace. I also very much appreciated their willingness to help clean up at the end of the night although it was not asked of them. Everything went off without a hitch and I will definitely be recommending this service to friends and family in the area!
