My husband went here for serious back pain. The front desk staff were unclear with appointment instructions for the MRI and follow-​up appointment. Time is of the essence when you’re in pain and missing work! Dr. Nelson didn’t ask what type of work my husband performed, and didn’t seem interested in his case. My husband had to ask for the basic information that he thought the doctor should have provided. They didn’t do anything truly wrong, but we won’t return to this office.
