Orangetheory Fitness in Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village, CA offers interval training and group fitness classes that help you burn up to 1,000 calories while also increasing both your metabolism and
your energy. The workout is based off the science of post-exercise oxygen
consumption (EPOC), which aims to keep your heart rate in the targeted orange
zone, in which your energy will be increased and your metabolism will be
stimulated.The Orangetheory workout lasts for 60 minutes and is
comprised of three components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor
rowing, and weight or resistance training blocks. Whether you’re an avid gym rat or you’re just
beginning to work on your fitness, the program is specifically designed to
benefit everyone. If weight loss is your goal, you’ll see a loss of three to
five pounds per week by attending the classes taught by the experienced
personal trainers at Orangetheory.
