Party On! For Less

I came here for a few party decorations because they were cheaper. The customer service was horrible we asked to take one of the items off are order before we paid and she said no. The sales person was very rude.
In the future I will be going to party city of which is more expensive but better customer service.

I have been a loyal customer for years due to the price and the nice staff members. Im not surprised they are going out of business though. The owner is a thief. I purchased balloon weights and then my husband was charged again for them on the day of pick up. I quickly popped into the store thinking they would give me my $ 3.50 back, no problem. BOY! was I wrong. The owner wasn’t there the first time I stopped in and I was told Id get a call back. NO CALL. So I came in again, happy to see the owner and she refused to give me my money back! She was rude, and stubborn. She could have easily given me the money she owed me but, she chose to argue about it in front of all the customers. Not surprised she’s going out of business. NO WONDER! I have a feeling she gets everything she deserves in life.

Lots of stuff to check out and pick from. I bought balloons, good pricing. Very nice salesperson and helpful. You should be able to find what you need here.

Small, but well stocked party supply store next to Trader Joe’s. The staff is courteous and they have a good selection on birthday candles and party decorations. They have some fun hats, streamers, toys and party favors as well as candles, wedding table décor and balloons. The store is clean and organized. I stopped in here to look for Christmas stuff on sale after the holiday but they didn’t have much. Good stuff for Valentine’s day and St Patrick’s day though!

They have a great and super cute assortment. They were able to make all our balloon dreams come true. The delivery service was also a huge plus as we did not have time to pick up the balloons ourselves. Everything looked great and I will definitely use them the next time I need balloons!

It’s pricey. And the owner charges for the air you breath there. Normally a young lady helps me and she’s so nice but when the owner helps me it’s uncomfortable beaches she’s very rude. :/

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. I will happily pay more than give this woman another cent. I stopped by last Friday. I spoke with a young woman about balloons. We went back and forth about ordering a 12 pack of 3 different colors or have them do it. She advised that if I had them do it it was less expensive. So I did it. Paid for it and I was off. Half way home (I live 3 miles) I realized that I didn’t need all 12 if they were doing it for me. I pulled over and called. The same young woman answered. She said she would have to call the owner for approval. She called me right back and said to come back to the store and she could give me the cash. I told her that I would rather have her put it back on my credit. She said she’d call me back. She did and she said the owner said absolutely not, store credit only. The credit card company charges too much money.
I went the next morning and the owner was there. I said that I would take the cash and she said no. She was SO rude. I explained to her what the young woman told me and she said that she’d been working there for 6 months and she wouldn’t have told me that. That’s when I lost it. Calling me a liar!!!
I can’t remember a time when I was confronted with such rudeness. I will be avoiding that place like the plague.

I bought a ten dollar + «Frozen» balloon for my granddaughter and the next morning it was almost on the ground. The manager rudely told me there is a sign in the store that says no guarantee but she offered to refill it. When I explained that it made no sense to refill a balloon with a leak she said «I can’t just give you a free balloon». I told her I wasn’t asking for a free balloon, just wanted her to work with me to make it right… she out right refused. I will never, ever, go back there again and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

They have a limited selection on party supplies. But their prices are cheap. The best part of what they do though is the balloons! Cheap, quick and easy. Will always use them for balloons from now on.

I bought balloons for my daughter’s baby shower. I had someone else pick them up so I didn’t know until they got to the party that they were faded and were barely floating. When I complained to the «manager» they took no responsibility for the quality of their product. The balloons were not cheap. I recommend that you go to Party City or even your local grocery store and you will get better quality and service!

They also have a terrible return policy. Even if you have not opened anything and you return it the same day, no returns allowed. They will give you store credit, but it’s very shady how they keep track of it.
There is a $ 0.99 on Avenida de Los Arboles that has almost all the same products for much less than this store. Go there instead of this place.

If you are on a budget this is the place to come. There is a ton of stuff for pretty cheap. They have a huge variety of decorations for boys and girls. There are a couple of really nice ladies that work here. If you are a mom looking to make their kid’s party very unique then this might not be the place for you because the toys and decoration are pretty generic and basic.
