They did a great job repairing my car after an accident, but the completion date was delayed due to their error. However, they’re all very polite and professional — excellent workmanship.

My vehicle arrived at this shop on December 14^th. Four weeks later I was notified that the vehicle repair would be delayed because the shop had just realized that a part would be difficult to find. While I understand that this part is hard to find, had they not waited so long, this never would have been an issue. Two weeks after that I went to pick up my vehicle. I waited in the shop for 2 hours, until 7:30 pm when they told me it was finally complete. When I went to drive the vehicle off of the lot I heard a loud clunking noise, and my seat belt was not properly functioning. A week later I went to pick up the vehicle and upon a quick visual inspection, I found a socket still attached to a sub-​frame bolt. Other than this, I was told that the vehicle had passed alignment and was good to go. It was not. My steering wheel was shaking at 50 mph and the vehicle was pulling to the right. At this point a manager at the Thousand Oaks location took over. He assured me that everything would be resolved. I received a call from him stating that there was now a check engine light on and that he determined that it was a pre-​collision condition. It was not. Now that I finally have my vehicle back 8 weeks from the beginning of this fiasco, there is a check engine light on that was not on before, an oil leak that was not there before, my electronics do not come on with the key in ACC mode, and the vehicle was delivered with a lug nut missing on each tire. The way Premier Coach has conducted themselves as a business is appalling and there is clearly no accountability or pride in workmanship

Quality of work — outstanding! You cannot even tell I was in an accident. They matched the paint perfectly.
Timely– my car was repaired effectively and efficiently! Great turn around time!
Customer service– this was the only are of opportunity which kept them from getting 5 starts. The customer service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. It was mediocre.
PRICE– the price was fair, I had priced several collision repair shops in the area they were in the cheaper to midrange.

We all know how crazy Christmas time can be when it comes to driving and parking, with that said I had just bought a new car and had parked the car far away to avoid any dings but guess what, I get back to my car and found a nice scratch on my door that no scratch X can fix.
Decided to take my car to Premier after hearing they do an amazing job with paint and detailing boy were they right. From the get go Kyle was very nice and professional, he knew the answer to all my questions and was very helpful. Having worked on cars myself, I know he wasn’t just just blabbing random stuff, he knows the insides and outs of the automotive business. I’m very pleased with the work he and his staff has provided and I couldn’t be more happier that my car looks better than when I took it off the lot. Definitely would recommend!

Recommended by Rusnak Porsche. Will never go back again. Was told 14 days out the car would be done on a specific day. I called the day before to confirm; told it would be 2 more weeks. They said, we thought it would be done, but we didn’t make it. After 2 more weeks and a total of 3 ½ months they tried to deliver the car w/​a missing part which didn’t need to be replaced in the first place. Was told it was back ordered upon pick-​up w/​no estimate of receipt. Did not take delivery of the car. Went onto the internet found the part in several places that afternoon. Called the next day, was told the car would be ready later that day.

I had my car repaired at Premier Coach about 4 months ago and they did great work. I had a great experience. I did not expect to need to go back for a NEW repair so soon! The garage gate of an office building fell on the back hatch of my Panamera and it caused lots of paint and body damage. While I was staring at the damage I called Kyle at Premier and explained what happened. It was like calling a helpline and having someone calm me and assure me that it will all get fixed. Just like my first visit to the shop, they did a great job and they made it a real smooth process. Any concerns I had they would address and Klye really delivers top notch customer service. I am very happy with the quality of their work and service.

I had my body work done 2103 and now it’s a little over two years. My roof racks (where it holds bikes and etc) was peeling off and decided to go back to the body shop so I can have them fixed. These parts were part of the repairs when I had my car fixed so reading the contract back then the workmanship should be lifetime.
I get to the body shop and I noticed a new employee. He helped me and looked at the issue. After looking at the issue he wanted to charge me because he thought it was wear and tear which wasn’t because the two racks were previously worked on and I didn’t accept the car back before because the racks were peeling back then too and some paint was still bubbly!
But thank god Kyle came into the picture and remembers the whole situation. That man has an awesome memory! It’s very rare to have someone remember the work done to your car even when it was done a couple of years ago.
In the end, the parts are being replaced under the contract with the pervious claim when I took it in two years ago. All I have to say is that the body shop needs to hold on to Kyle! I see that he cares about the customers (right or wrong) and takes care of the cars he works on. I appreciated that he remembers because it’s hard to explain to another person the situation that happened so long ago.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. They were recommended to me by my dealership, but WOW were they wrong… I had to take my car back 4 TIMES (4!!!) to get the job done right. Really shoddy workmanship. And we’re talking pretty basic things. Every single time I got the car back there was a problem. Either they forgot to do something, created a new problem, or did a really poor job. The 2^nd time, the car was just sitting there for 2 weeks with no work done on it!!! They didn’t fix the car completely, and they said it was because the insurance company didn’t approve it. I then called my insurance company and they said they DID approve it, and that it should have been fixed. Then there were other parts that they just didn’t do at all because of negligence. When i asked them if they would pay for the rental car for the extra 3 weeks they had my car because they didn’t do the job right the first time, they flat out refused. One of the worst companies and customer service.

The day my car got hit, they had me come in and get took me right then and there no wait! Even got 2 bottles of ice cold water.
While car was in there shop got daily updates on how it things were going, no hassle all the employees were awesome! Scott, Kyle, Logan and Lindsey all did an amazing job, they got my business for life!
Car came out looking amazing! Not to mention it was cleaned spotless from the inside out! It was amazing a free car wash! If your looking for a great service and amazing work I highly recommend you come here you won’t regret it.

Premier Coach did an amazing job on my BMW 335i. My car had damage along the entire left side of the vehicle but Kyle and the team worked wonders and it looks like the day I got it. The car was remade to spec and it was inspected by both BMW and Premier Coach.
Kyle and Lindsay had great customer service and the work speaks for it’s self. Second time I’ve used Premier Coach and I have no regrets. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hate to say this, but I’ve been a regular customer of this business for years (Thankfully none of the accidents were my fault)!
I’ve been here at least 8 times (over 10 years and with a couple different card) and every time, they have been consistent with wonderful customer service. Almost all of the staff that I have had to work with has been consistent and when I do see a new face, they have been very pleasant. To me this means that the company owner (s) really care about my business and the employees love their jobs. It’s hard to find this level of service.
I especially appreciate the follow ups telling me how my car is coming along. The couple of times there was some kind of delay, they reached out to me well in advanced and offered solutions. I love that.

I had an issue with a door not closing nicely and they asked if I would give it a little time to break in the seal. It did get slightly better but did not close as nicely as the other doors on the car. I brought it in, they re-​adjusted it and now it’s perfect. On another occasion, I had an issue with paint cracking. When I arrived with the car, they were genuinely sorry that it happened. They handled everything with no hassle and it looks amazing.
Unfortunately I have had tons of work done on this car… but fortunately I found a place that does quality work. I get the car back clean. No grease on the steering wheel from their mechanics, they don’t lean against the car with their belts, etc etc. I take great car of my car and so do they. I highly recommend Premier Coach.

I had such a good experience at premier coach. I was rear ended and had over 6k of damage to my truck. They were able to get me in right away. They were extremely thurough with their evaluation. They would call to give me updates as the work was being done. (I really liked this) They did a beautiful job on my truck, it looks better than when I brought it in. They finished the truck on schedule and after I inspected the truck, and was 100% satisfied, they pointed out an area that they felt should be redone. I would have never noticed this. They had me drop my truck off again for 1 day only and fixed the paint blemish. This spot was literally behind the bumper. No one would have ever seen it. The staff is super friendly and they all do a great job. Thanks guys.

This goes to the camarillo location. I took my truck in there for a collision my insurance recommended me to take it there. My truck came out about a week after it went in, it was dark when I picked up my truck. The next day I noticed that there was a line where they masked my hood, it was so obvious and also the rocker panel on my door was scratched and it was peeling off a week after. The screws were not placed properly on my fender walls also. I spoke to the manager and he said he would paint my whole hood and fix the rocker panel and the fender walls. They buffed it and it looked better, but they needed 2 more days to so that. it sucked I had to take it back I didn’t have my work truck for about 2 weeks in total time

My wife’s car was rear ended and my insurance company deals directly with this shop. And I’ve used this shop in the past with good results. Over all they were very professional, stay ed in touch with me as to progress and finished the on the day they promised. And our car looked great, like new. They even called a few days later to ask if me if I was satisfied with the work. So I do recommend this place. And yes the parking and getting in and out does suck, but it’s worth it.

Not trustworthy! Took my car in for body work due to a minor accident. I got my car back and the paint and body work were fine, but I noticed later that the window connected to the panel that was repaired was replaced with aftermarket glass! The glass was fine when I brought the vehicle in. I believe they broke the glass while doing the repairs, changed out the glass with a cheap aftermarket one and did not tell me nor my insurance company. Unbelievable! Very dishonest business practices.

I got my car back looking GREAT. But it got it back with all my personal items thrown in a giant plaits bag with my portable mirror for work… Well the mirror was shattered in the bag… And then I realized my subs and birthday bag with all my rings was missing. They stole my sound system and bag of personal items, full of all the rings I’ve ever owned. Then tried to say they forgot to put the subs back in, but they have never seen my rings. Yea there is good silver and diamonds in there. Thought they wouldn’t go in my trunk… But I learned my lesson. I hope this helps everyone before they have to learn.

I have a Mercedes SL 500 and was hit from both sides. I can’t tell you. How fortunate I was to be in that automobile. State Farm and Allstate both recommend this shop. They specialize in Mercedes and their work, service, response time, honestly, were over the top excellent. They went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. Even some rugged road issues and times with the completeness of my car they were professional. I highly recommend these folk.

Owned my new BMW for 9 days when a small portion of a damaged tire on the freeway was struck by a car in the next lane and caused a large hole in my hood. My BMW dealer suggested Première Coach was one of there recommended body shops. I took their advice and met with Kyle who was professional and gave me confidence that they would replace my hood, repaint with metallic paint and return it looking like new. Needless to say he was a man of his word. I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Première Coach and certainly Kyle.

Not thrilled. I was not-​at-​fault, but in order to get my car back quickly, I paid them my deductible out of pocket to get my car back. Apparently the insurance company reimbursed Premier Coach in full just a few days later and P.C. never contacted me. They held on to my money, with a large credit balance on my account for about 5 – 6 weeks. Then when I talked to Premier Coach they refused to refund my card, instead they said they could only cut me a physical check and mail it to me.
The body service itself was great but it left a bad taste in my mouth that they kept my money until I had to do my own research with the 2 insurance companies involved and call them and ask for them to give me my money back.
