We started Pridestaff in Thousand Oaks because we are passionate about finding the best candidates for our clients and finding great jobs for motivated job seekers.

Our office staff shares many years of experience in staffing and recruiting. For us it is so much more than a job: it is our way to support our local community. The community where we love to live.

We moved here from the Netherlands in 2010 and fell in love with this region. What is not to love about mountains, good weather, space, beautiful nature and a warm ocean. All things you won’t find in the Netherlands…

I started PrideStaff in Thousand Oaks because I love to work with people. Finding solutions for clients and finding great jobs for our candidates.

I have thoroughly enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) my experience working with Pride Staff. I feel so fortunate to have Lee in my corner! He is extremely proactive and hands-​on in the job placement aspect, extending well beyond the usual «Call in every week» attitude of other placement agencies. Lee is also personable and encouraging, vowing not to throw in the towel once one assignment ends. He is professional and courteous, and even responds immediately to my email questions sent before/​after business hours. That, especially, is a BIG plus!

I came across Pride Staff back in August while looking for a new job. Immediately after I sent over my resume, I was contacted to go in for an interview where I got to meet with Alicia Randosh. Alicia was extremely friendly and attentive in my needs of what I liked and did not like in a job. Made me feel so good know someone was there to help because other staffing agencies I went through we’re obviously just trying to get paid and had no interest in what I was looking for. Soon after I had met and applied with Alicia, Lee Miana got in contact with me about a job that opened up. Lee was absolutely great, he gave me awesome pointers and told me what to expect in my interview and wanted me to do research on the business so I felt prepared. Within about a week, I was starting my new job thanks to Lee and Alicia! I really appreciated the hand holding and support these two gave me, they were my personal cheerleaders helping me find the job that fit me. Unfortunately after being with that job for a few months I found a better opportunity and had to give my two weeks notice. Lee & the Pride Staff owner, Daan Renssen were so understanding and helpful when I explained my situation. From start to finish, the staff at this office gave it 110% to get me a new career and I appreciated every moment of it. So if you’re ever looking for a job or someone to hire, go through Pride Staff of Thousand Oaks!

I moved to CA July 2014. I didnt start looking for a job until August. I tried a couple temp agencies and no luck. Actually disappointing. I Unilocaled agencies in my area and found Pridestaff. I met with Valerie and instantly she was likeable. She found me a couple jobs fast. However, I wasnt a match. In Oct, I found a short assignment and it ended in Jan. Within a week, Valerie calls about a new job opportunity. A couple days later, I began working for an awesome company.
Most job agencies expect for you to call them once a week. Pridestaff still keeps in touch with their candiates with great opportunities. Pridestaff is always a call or email away for whatever needs you have. Pridestaff takes great pride in their associates/​candiates. They are great people!

Daan entered our offices 8 months ago, and he wasn’t the usual pushy recruiter … there was a genuineness about him … I decided to give them a try, and glad that I did!
No matter who answers the phone, they are always professional and polite and respond to any requests quickly … their service is very personal & their rates are good too.

It is no surprise to me that Pridestaff has only excellent reviews… When I reached out to them, I was in a total crisis and needed someone with very specific insurance experience for my agency right away. I was literally in tears and their immediate support was more comfort to me than words can express. The very same day, they had a couple of candidates in mind and set up an interview to meet one gal the very next day! Daan, Niki and Valerie were right on top of the whole process. They were all standouts– both professionally and personally, and the people that were sent to me were stellar candidates.
