RX Fitness Equipment

We bought our TRUE LC900 Recumbent Bike back in 2011 from Tim. Just recently our seat adjustment stopped gliding back and forth. It was actually getting harder and harder over time and we tried lubricating the railing ourselves. We notified Tim through the website on a Saturday and he called us the very next day (Sunday). Tim sent over Tom the next day (Monday) to take a look and fix it if possible. Found out that one of the wheels that moves the seat back and forth had basically frozen. Tom fixed it and now it glides perfectly again! No charge — great customer service and awesome response time!

RX Fitness has always met or exceeded my expectations. I know that my clients will be taken care of and receive the best customer service in the industry, every time. As a Personal Trainer I could not consider dealing with anyone else. If they do not have what you need they will either special order it or inform you where you can get the best deal. My first experience with RX fitness equipment was great.
We were assisted by Matt who was pleasant and very helpful. He brought in a used treadmill for my wife and I to look at, as we requested a commercial treadmill at a fair price. When we returned a couple of days later to look at the treadmill. Matt was not there but the owner of the store was there to assist us. We both tested the treadmill which had a defect with the belt. He proceeded to tell us that this was normal and he gave us a price higher than what we agreed to with Matt. When my wife questioned him about this he continued in a rude manner saying «I’m the owner» as he pointed at his chest. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I give them 2 stars only because Matt was so helpful.
I was contacted by Matt and he expressed his deepest apologies. He and the owner recognized the miscommunication and offered us an additional discount. We gladly accepted and will continue to purchase more equipment for our home gym from them.

If you are looking for a simple resistance band or a state of the art fitness center, Tim at RX Fitness is your man. He has 3 warehouses full of new and used gym equipment so things are always in stock. If it isnt, give him just a couple of days and it will be! You will not find better prices either.
