Amazing everything! Had the smoked tri tip and pulled pork and was in heaven! The fries are unbelievable and u have to try the chocolate peanut butter mousse pie! Must go!

Location: Thousand Oaks right inside MB2 Raceway — NOTE: When you look for it, it’s inside an industrial area so it might throw you off because you don’t see any signs (YET, hopefully they will do the signs for this place soon)
We actually found this place on Unilocal.THANK YOU Unilocal!!! At first we were sketchy because we couldn’t find it but we are so glad we did! We were hiking at Paradise Falls and went here after with a group of about 12 people.
Here was what we ordered:
~Lone star — thick bacon crispy onion ring burger «it tastes like a Carls Jr western bacon burger but what it’s SUPPOSED to be like» best burger I have had in a long long time!!! Here is a picture:
~Memphis-​bbq pulled pork with coleslaw tender soft, unexpected delicious. mouth watering, wake up cravings, must have!
~Californian– tri tip soft juicy bread wasn’t that great, ate the tri tip by itself.
~Crispy crunchy onion rings — They make me go Nom Nom Nom!!! Well seasoned and fried just perfect!
~Fries were fresh and delicious!
–Deep Fried Pickles — thinly sliced full of flavor pickles! YUM
About the Sauces:
**Sauces are all homemade!!!**
–ranch was good, not too runny not to thick
–homemade bbq sauce — Not too tangy, just PERFECT! Dip it with everything! Fries, burgers, onion rings, deep fried pickles, tri-​tip or pulled pork!

I was intrigued — highly rated BBQ snack bar type restaurant located inside an indoor race track? That’s a new one. But wow, the food was absolutely wonderful. BBQ pork was awesome and not drowned in sauce. Many places think they need to cook the meat in the sauce. The meat has the flavor and the sauce is there to enhance it, not overpower it. Skeeters does it right with a slightly sweet homemade sauce. The onion rings are similarly great. No soggy breading here. You bite into one and you get a nice crunch. Being inside MB2 (you don’t have to race to grab a bite) has its advantages because you get something exciting to watch. Next time, I want to try their burgers because they looked great on the website.

Awesome. They had a stand at the Chatsworth holiday festival and we had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Fantastic!!! The meat and the slaw were perfect. Will have to visit the real store!

Deep fried pickles, root beer floats, and legit BBQ, need I say more? Couple that with friendly, courteous service, rockin’ music, and the relentless whir of race cars and you have the signature dining experience that is Skeeters. To say that «it ain’t no freakin’ snack bar» is an understatement. You’ll enjoy rich, tasty down-​home staples like slow smoked tri-​tip, pulled pork, and hand-​cut fries along side with lighter fare like salads and slaw — all of it top quality. Most notable is the genuine enthusiasm the owner has for his food, you can tell this stuff is made with love. I will be back for here for more than a few laps.

I’ve been to a lot of random places for truly good BBQ. Hidden alleyways in Memphis, the ‘hood in Kansas City, across the stop and stop traffic in Austin, and now inside an indoor go-​kart track.
Nestled behind a seemingly innocent «snack bar» type wall in this go kart track lies perhaps some of the tastiest pulled pork I’ve ever eaten. Highlighted by the chef’s amazing home-​concocted sweet BBQ sauce, the pulled pork is moist, tender, and neither too fatty or too lean. Incredible.
Since I was there for a buffet style party, I snagged a menu just to check out pricing on their food items. HOLY FRIJOLE! Best pricing on these items that I’ve witnessed in So-​Cal!
Another great thing to note — I know many of us BBQ lovers have vegetarian friends. Now, these poor misled people have a dickens of a time joining us at BBQ places, as usually there is meat in everything! Even in salad and beans! Well, fear not, friends of vegetarians! Skeeters has an extensive selection of dinner sized salads and just about the best homemade mac and cheese I’ve ever had. (And nary a piece of bacon hiding out in there to make you disapprove!)
Service is friendly, I only knocked this down to 4 stars because it would be slightly awkward for me to go there just for the food and not feel guilty about not ponying my money for go karts too.

The best pork I’ve ever had, honestly. The meat was moist and tender and extremely flavorful. And don’t get me started on the onion rings! I won’t be able to stop. They’re crispy and perfectly seasoned… delicious. Fun to watch the karts as you eat.

Skeeter’s has the most amazing homemade desserts. When I was there, I had the chocolate peanut butter cream pie. It had a delicious creamy chocolate cream with a chocolaty ganache topping and a layer of peanut butter on a flaky crust. It was the best chocolate cream pie I’ve ever had! The chef bakes different desserts all the time and I can’t wait to try another one.

Wow! Best BBQ I’ve had! The pulled pork is amazing as is the smoked Tri Tip Sandwich! You’ve gotta check them out! It’s inside MB2 Raceway :)
