I have a FANTASTIC team; Nancy has been with me for 31 years; Fran has been with me for 29 years; Breanna has been with me for 10 years and our newest member is Jean who has 30 years experience as a team member.

My wife and I became clients of Steve Pollack over 25 years ago. My in-​laws were clients and had always gotten good service. I NEVER, EVER had any problems with Steve or his staff. They were always professional, friendly and responsive. Further, Steve always had good financial advise but was never pushy.
Fifteen years ago, we moved up to northern CA, but remained happy clients of Steve. A year ago, a friend who was also a State Farm Agent asked if we could transfer our State Farm relationship to him. We reluctantly did even though Steve had always provided good service. Since then, we have had problems and the local staff is not been as professional as Steve’s. I now regret having transferred my State Farm relationship from Steve. He is a great State Farm agent.
