The customer service in this location could use retraining. There is a lazy, sluggish vibe going around the workers. I think they either have too much time on their hands or just plain don’t like their jobs. There is a particular Latino employee, tall, dark and stocky who always disappears to the back. The problem is the employees here don’t know the importance of napkins and it is reflected in the way they always forget to add them in the bag. When you go up to the counter to ask for napkins or what not, you have to yell for someone to hear you They don’t have a ringer on the counter to signal them to come out. Then this Latino employee and hands me two flimsy napkins. Other Subways have the cups, napkins, etc. out on the counter within reach. This Subway location is obviously not a good one to visit.

I ordered a salad online … It’s 1:45 pm in the afternoon … Store is a little busy … But when I go in to pick up my salad … Not ready no big deal, but then she rushes through it … Very rude and short … And gets the order wrong … I placed it online, so all you had to do was read the order ticket. I’m guessing you were pissed and the rush got to u and I was an inconvenience … My apologies. Have a wonderful day.

The Two males that work in the morning are excellent. They made my sandwich perfectly without any complaints. But the two younger females in the evening are horrible. Ur best bet are with the males. also make sure that if you are«indian» you DONT order a veggie patty… because they will definately laugh in your face with such a biased demeanor… so degrading… I felt mocked… i used to work at subway I love subway. I know how to treat customers. I just won’t come back to this one… if you are going to laugh about my order… do it when I leave not in my fac please. That’s just plain mean… I didn’t find it funny.

4 out of 5 compared to other fast food restaurants. This is a small Subway restaurant located in a little shopping center across from the Jann’s mall. The store is clean and the staff are always polite and professional when I visit. This is one of the many Subway restaurants within close proximity of my workplace so I visit here fairly regularly. Today I tried some BBQ sauce on my sandwich and I just wanted a tiny bit. The young man making my order went out of his way to make sure I got exactly as much(or in this case as little) as I wanted. I was actually quite impressed since it’s easy to put more sauce on but not easy to take it off so for him to get the right amount the first time was great! Prices are cheap and the ingredients taste fresh. Everything’s made right there in front of you and they have a lot of good options for what to put on your sandwich, including spinach, olives, cucumbers, bell peppers and pepperoncinis. This, in addition to the standard lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, avocado, etc. They can toast your sandwich and have a decent selection of cheeses. I’m always happy to come to this location when I want a sandwich to go. The one downside is the place is so small that there isn’t always a table to sit at during lunch hours.

Not a great location for a subway. It’s in a small strip mall and the store faces inside. The inside of the store is small and there are only 4 tables. The food is good and the prices are reasonable.
