Our customer service and a warm inviting atmosphere keep clients coming back to «The Cottage.» We invite you to come see us and let us customize your services and educate you on our line of products including: SkinCeuticals, PCA, Eminence Organics, Image Skincare; Pure Fiji, Cirepil & Escential Waxes, Sapphire Diamond Microdermabrasion and South Seas Spray Tanning.

History

Established in 2011.

Suzanne, Licensed Esthetician, created The Cottage Skincare & Waxing Studio as an alternative to the noisy and impersonal traditional Salons/​Spas. Suzanne had over 25 years experience as a massage therapist, before adding esthetics to her repetoire, almost 10 years ago. She has lived and worked in the Conejo Valley for most of her life. Also offered at The Cottage, are deep tissue and Thai massage, by Randi Yerkovich, one of the best in the Conejo Valley!

The Cottage Skincare & Waxing Studio is owned and operated by Suzanne Huberth, L.E. Suzanne is a National Educator for Cirepil & Escential Waxes, and teaches body waxing to local and regional esthetic schools.

Suzanne uses only products and equipment from companies that value education and efficacy. She has been certified in chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Suzanne proactively seeks more educational opportunities through partnerships with key industry vendors and by attending every tradeshow and seminar imaginable.

Suzanne believes in professionalism, sanitation, safety and personalization of her guest’s services and requests. She strives to offer the very best care and consideration for each guest.

Suzanne is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and kind.
Super clean place.
She’s a true professional. As a business owner myself I always appreciate great service, timeliness, and most of all feeling my money is well spent.
As close to painless as it can be with waxing.
She uses the best kind of wax, hard wax. It’s white instead of blue which makes it easier to see all the hairs.
Truly great experience in every way.

I can’t say thank you enough to Suzanne. I am pregnant and started breaking out pretty bad. I tried just about everything you can think of over the counter. I heard about Suzanne and went to see her about a month ago. When I got to the little cottage is was adorable and welcoming. Suzanne greets you and actually talks to you and gets to know you before she starts your facial. Then it’s time to relax after you slip into your wrap around towel. She dips your hands into paraffin wax and it feels amazing! Then she gets started on the facial, which is gentle and thorough. Then when you think she is done, she give you a neck and shoulder massage! Oh man! When you are all finished she goes over her findings and makes suggestions. She doesn’t make you feel like you have to purchase the products she sells and uses you. Which I thought was pretty cool, she isn’t a sales person. She is an awesome gal who knows what she is doing and you can tell she enjoys her job. As I said, it’s been a month and I haven’t had one breakout since. Seeing her just once made a HUGE improvement on my skin. I honestly can’t thank her enough. I felt so embarrassed with my skin and she made it all better. I can’t wait to go back again!

Suzanne is phenomenal… She gives the best microdermabrasion treatments. I’m very impressed by her thoroughness and her uncanny ability to give the best results for my skin type. She made sure that I was comfortable from the moment I walked into the lobby and onto the table. It’s more like an experience when I get a treatment from her. I have sensitive combination skin so I highly recommend using her because Suzanne knows what she’s doing.

I started seeing Suzanne for my Brazilian wax about 2 ½ years ago and even though I live in woodland hills and could probably find a place near my home, I WONT because of the awesome customer service and all around experience at The Cottage. Suzzane is great and very friendly. Even though it’s not an exciting process to go through I’m always excited to see her. They do everything… waxing, facials, body scrubs, massages, and most recently started doing spray tans! Love it!
