Thousand Oaks Auto Detailing

I scheduled an appt for Sunday morning at 8am to accommodate victor’s schedule because he didn’t want to do anything later than 8am. After waking up early on a Sunday and him not showing up by 9 am with no call I called him to find out what was going on. He answered and said he would be 20 minutes because his van broke down. When I asked him why there was no courtesy call his English got even worse and he couldn’t understand me all of a sudden.
Under most circumstances I would have just cancelled the appointment but I had already told my wife I would be getting her car detailed for one of her Xmas presents, so I said fine.
If being late for obviously forgetting he had scheduled an appointment was his only fault I wouldn’t be writing a bad review. However, he didn’t clean my pop out dash cup holder that I left open intentionally to make sure he saw that it pops out of the dash and needed cleaning, he didn’t clean the headliner, and he didn’t clean any of the plastic handles on the ceiling of the vehicle.
He also obviously just goes at the cars with force and a sub par cleaning product because he scrubbed most of the paint off of my wife’s leather seats in order to get the dirt off. They make good leather care products that are designed to clean automobile leather as leather car seats are painted in all vehicles and I would expect someone who runs an auto detail business to know this.
Worst of all, he broke my side marker with his wax buffing machine and just pushed it back in without saying anything about breaking it! I noticed it after he left and he still charged me full price!
I am very dissatisfied with the service given by this detailer. And I am shocked he gets such high reviews on Unilocal.I guess I will be detailing my cars myself from now on.

Victor and assistant arrived not on time, but early… wow (!); it was wonderful. Borrowed a truck while my vehicle is in the shop, but the interior was filthy. As a rather selfish present to the owner of the truck (as I receive the initial benefit) for letting me use it, I asked Victor to do what he could. The end result… a sparkling clean almost unrecognizable interior, and he added an exterior wash. Oh, and did I mention, the price is great.

Victor and his team detailed my 15 year-​old SUV when I was putting it up for sale. They did a great job, and it looked better than it had in years. Later that afternoon a neighbor walked by and remarked on how clean it looked, asking for details to let a friend know that the vehicle was for sale. We will definitely be calling Victor again.

Found Victor and his company on Unilocal.I highly recommend Victor as I called him in the morning and he was in front of my house within an hour. He detailed my black BMW 535i and Chevy Traverse. Both cars are popping and look terrific… especially my BMW. The black paint on my BMW looks wet, exactly what I was looking for. Our Chevy is Silver, even that stands out. My wife and I are extremely happy and look forward to calling Thousand Oaks Auto Detailing once again.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I seen both of my cars. I assumed my car was going to be cleaned, never did I think I would get my car in immaculate condition. They took a reasonable amount of time and went above and beyond to make my car so perfect. They even took it upon themselves to clean the fog off of my headlights. I will defiantly call them again and I also trust Victor and his team with my personal items. Thank you Victor!

I wanted to locate a local mobile auto detailer so did a Unilocal check and came across Thousand Oaks Auto Detailing. I made an apt yesterday for today with Victor. He actually showed up a little early which worked for me. I originally wanted a inside/​outside detail for an older car and ended up doing that, plus having 3 other cars undergo a regular wash. Wow! What a time saver! Nice job on the detailed car and I am so happy my other cars are clean! Victor was friendly, reasonable priced, punctual and work completed timely. Excellent job! Best way to communicate is via text, works for me! Thanks Victor!

First time calling Victor, adjusted his schedule and arrived right on time as we had agreed. His crew and him did an excellent job on our 2015 Lexus, hopefully I can continue using his service and he can continue detailing our vehicles. Thank you Victor and Crew.

All that I can say is that I used Victor after reading his reviews on Unilocal and they were correct! He did a fantastic job. The car came out cleaner than could have possibly expected. Bravo Victor! Un trabajo mas chingon! Use his service, you will be happy you did.

Fantastic! Victor and his guy were the best. Firstly the work: my car lost 4 years of old age. They detailed every inch. Nothing left untouched. Next the service. Based on Unilocal I called him at 11am and he was at my house at 2pm as agreed. Not 2:05. 2. He was friendly and efficient. Third the price. About 40% less than other places I called. Highly recommended.

Found on Unilocal.Used them to detail interior of a Suburban including cleaning carpets and seats. Looks new now except for wear and tear that happens during 200k miles. They got to all the nooks and crannies. Air vents, buttons, etc, all cleaned. They even dusted off the outside that I washed yesterday and cleaned the windows inside and out.
Great customer service, very respectful, and has a positive hardworking attitude. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Price was very reasonable for all the work.
I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Victor and his company. I had an emergency pesticide spill in my car and I needed help quickly. Victor called me right away and was over within 20 minutes. He then spend the next 3 hours thoroghly cleaning and detailing my car.
He is ver professional, very detailed and did fantastic work. I was able to drive for about 30 minutes with my dog in the car this morning and it felt perfectly clean and fresh.
My car hasn’t been this clean since I bought it (dog). Thank you Victor. I“ll be calling you regularly now.

I found these guys on Unilocal and tried them out, due to their high 4.5÷5 rating. I am not disappointed that I did.
Pro’s: Punctual, fast, excellent work, great (respectful) customer service.
Cons: Some language difficulties, two small spots missed.
Booking the appointment was somewhat confusing. I think it was a combination of a noisy environment on their side and language difficulties.
Victor, the owner/​operator is a dear. He’s friendly, professional, and courteous. His English seems limited to functional English, as in lingo directly related to car washing, etc. One of his guys was helping translate anything else (including Victor, there was three of them). The thing I really appreciated was that he honored the $ 65 clay bar + wax deal mentioned here on Unilocal.He did mention and encourage me to do a full detail for $ 140, but it wasn’t a hard sell. When I declined, he cheerfully said OK, and began doing the work.
The only other minus is that they missed a corner of one side view mirror, and they didn’t get the dirt off the painted edge inside the wheel wells, but those are very minor, given the quality of everything else.
All in all, I am highly satisfied.
I had them come to my parent’s place in Thousand Oaks. As I live in Camarillo, though, I asked if they’d go over there. They said yes, for wax or detail (which I took to mean not including a basic wash).
I’d highly recommend these guys, and I’ll be sure to be using them next time.

Great detail, reasonable prices, fast, and he comes to you! Found Victor on here and had him come out to detail a client vehicle for a photo shoot, he came out same day, did a beautiful job and got it all done very quickly. Pricing was great, and his attention to detail is excellent. Now that we know about him we’ll continue to use him for regular washes and details. Definitely a great first experience.

This guy is the best! He came right away and did both of our cars they were dirty with pet hair because we would travel from Orange County to Ventura county twice a week with our golden retriever. Also they were just extremely dirty from never being washed and now they look brand new! I would recommend Victor to anyone of my friends he is the best.

Called Vic after reading below reviews and I am a happy customer. I have a car that needed deep and rigorous pet hair (I have 2 golden retrievers) removal and cleaning. Vic came over well before the appointment time and did the most amazing interior cleaning of my car. By the time he was done there was no trace of any pet hair /​odour. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend it. Best of all price was very reasonable for the level of professional service.

My drunk friend recently spilled some Indian curry on the passenger side of my SUV. And no wonder the carpet was stained and in no time my car started stinking. I started my online journey of looking for Interior Car detailing. Called a couple of them in and around Calabasas and got quotes for ‘Only Interior Detailing’ and then in the process called Victor, left him a vm and he called back promptly. Told him the ordeal he said it was no big deal and he would clean it asked him the price for the interior detailing and was quite shocked at the quote. So I asked him when I can drive in my car to his store, he threw me another surprise, he told that he’d come to my place and clean the car. He came within 15 minutes, took a look at the car (I seriously thought he’d hike up the price looking at the mess, but no, he stuck to his initial price). Took an hour to clean up and the after results were shocking, the interior looks amazingly new. And not just the interior, but for the same price, he gave me a free car wash too. For the price I paid, I definitely got lot more in return. Strongly recommend anyone looking for a detailing to give Victor a call.

Made an appointment for 11am… they confirmed time and place with text msg. I got here early to be sure they would not waste their time. After waiting past 11:30… no show. I called and left voice mail «where are you?»… no reply. I sent text then they called and said they would not make it because «truck broke down». I do not buy their lame excuse. I asked girl why they did not called me? No reply. Very rude and inconsiderate of them to mess up my Sunday.

Recently in need of an inexpensive mobile car wash service to come wash my car at work I was referred to Victor at T.O. Auto Detailing. I sent him a Text Message and he showed up on time with multiple workers to clean my car. They did an excellent job for a «basic $ 20 wash» they washed the outside, vacuumed and cleaned the inside, armor alled the tires and made my car look fresh off the showroom floor. They were able to get my car done in about 15 minutes.
I am very pleased and will use him all the time in the future.
