My kids LOVE coming to 1000 Oaks Childrens Dental Group! What??? Did I just say that?. Seriously, my kids love coming here. The entire staff makes you feel like family from the moment you enter.
We consider ourselves lucky to have found this place and would never consider going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a dentist for your children, look no further! I recommend 1000 Oaks Childrens Dental Group to all my family and friends.

All of my kids have been coming here since they were old enough to see the dentist. Up to this point I have never had a negative experience. The staff is super professional and the place is very clean. For a dentist office it is a very fun and upbeat environment for the kids and even the adults. I enjoy just sitting in the waiting room in the really cool «spaceship» type environment while sipping on a cup of coffee from the coffee offered. A couple of my kids are getting older and I have asked them if they would rather start going to an adult dentist rather than the «Spaceship» dentist. They looked at me like I was crazy…

Wonderful friendly staff and fun and entertaining office for the kids! Dr. Raza was so great, did not rush with my son, was very informative and and answered all our questions. My son has never had a fear of going to the dentist so we have it a little easy but he was excited to go home and brush his teeth exactly how Dr. Raza suggested and loved his new tooth brush and floss! He absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. They do an awesome job and I would highly recommend it!

My kids LOVE Dr. Raza! (Me, too) He is the sweetest man. He really cares about the family, not just the kids. He is so kind and knowledgeable and understanding. The staff and hygienists are so sweet, too. They just fully remodeled the office. It’s BEAUTIFUL! (GREAT Wi-​FI) The kids love the toys and play area and activities, but it is very nice for the parents waiting, too! They always have movies on, too. My kids have NEVER disliked going to the dentist. Not many kids can say that! It’s a nice place. I feel that my kids teeth and mouth are in very good hands – literally I am sad that my kids are getting older and in a few years we will be done with Dr. Raza… too old. :(

Dr. Razza and Dr. Elke are fantastic! My sons love them and their staff! They are so friendly, caring, patient, informative, and thorough. I am so happy to have them as our dental group!

I’ve been taking my daughter to 1000 Oaks Children Dental since she was 4 years old. I love Dr Raza and the staff they’re all so friendly and welcoming. I have not once been unhappy with our visit their. I recommend this office.

I’m the mother of 6 (ages 30 to 10) and grandma of 3. All of the children have been in the perfect and professional care of this office for over 20 years. We love all of the staff and Dr. Raza! My neice and nephew come here too. I refer folks all the time because I trust them. If you want talented, personable, and caring dental professionals for your family … this is the place.

I’ve had my kids come here since they were 2. We’ve always had a wonderful experience and they actually love coming here. The staff are top notch and are very professional. The dentists take time to explain everything to us and are engaging. I wish I had a place like this when I was younger.

Love to bring my kids here. I have been to other children’s dentists but they are the best here and my kids love it each time they come. They have great toys to play with and prizes for the kids and best of all Sandra and Daisy are really sweet and helpful and make scheduling so easy. Dr Raza, Dr Yee, and Dr Elke are all wonderful with my kids so it doesn’t matter who you get, your children will have a great experience each time they go.

We have been coming here since my oldest child’s first dental visit as a toddler! He is now 9.5! We love it here for so many reasons! Dr. Raza and Dr. Elke are amazing… they know and understand how to speak with kids of all ages! My daughter needed some «extra» work done and was scared but they were patient, kind and comforting! She walked out of that visit with a pep in her step that certainly wasn’t there when she first walked in! The assistants and staff are equally awesome… they’re professional but great with the kids! The office is clean, fun, inviting and they run ON TIME! You will happy to find this children’s dental practice!

Been taking my kids to Dr. Raza for years. Not only him, but all the staff is amazing! Especially front office staff, the are super friendly, very attentive, and great with kids. Dr. Raza makes my children feel at ease, and is very gentle. I always get detailed explanations from him on whats going on with their teeth. I know my kids are getting top quality dental care.
Their office is super clean, and they have a play are for the kids as they wait, as well as free coffee for the parents. What can I say my family and I are very happy. I would not take my kids anywhere else!

We’ve been coming here for 13+ years with our three children and we love it. Drs. Raza, Cho and Elke are all outstanding as are the hygienists and office staff. The fact that the same people have been working there the entire time we’ve been going is a testament to the positive environment at Children’s Dental Group. The bedside manner of the entire staff is just perfect for children, easing their fears and gently encouraging proper hygiene. The quality of dental work is first rate. We’re very happy with Children’s Dental Group.

Dr. Rasa is a great children’s dentist! He is easy to communicate with and performs his job well while keeping the kids calm and relaxed through the dental procedures. The office staff are extremely helpful in navigating the current dental insurance coverages and offers helpful advice to parents. The waiting room is a fun place for kids to hang out in and play with the toys, and the whole office is decorated like a spaceship so it is fun for little kids.

My son has been going to Dr. Raza about 10 years now and has had everything imaginable go wrong with his teeth. Dr. Raza and his staff are so awesome that whether it be an extraction or a cleaning, my son still walks out with a smile. To this day my son gets excited when I tell him he is going to the dentist. The environment is awesome and the staff excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you very much for what you all have done for jimmy.

We had such a great experience here. My 5yr old loved coming and was totally happy with her visit. She can’t wait to come back. Thanks to all the staff and Dr Raza for making her experience great!

Dr. Raza & team are wonderful and so great (friendly and gentle) with kids. My daughter (4 ½) actually enjoys going to the dentist! She has fun sitting in the chair and getting her cleaning; didn’t even mind getting a filling. Plus they get to pick a toy after. She’s sold… and I’m a happy mom. I refer all of my friends here.

I didn’t expect my toddler (2 years 9 months) to do so well at his first visit to a dentist, as he never likes going to the doctor – he absolutely wont open his mouth for the doctor unless he is screaming! He is rather shy, and very curious.
He was resisting even coming in the door until he saw friends Dusty and El Chupacabra action figures to play with (from the Disney movie Planes). The waiting room was clean and tidy, with a nice mix of modern and well-​loved toys and a movie to entertain the kids. I could go on and on about the video games, coffee machine for parents, and the plethora of quality giveaways the office sends you home with, but in my book what is most important is how my son was treated.
I was SO impressed by the staff and the facility at Thousand Oaks Children’s dental group! They have a special, separate room for kids under 5 where I could comfortably join my son for his cleaning. Veronica was our hygienist and I CANNOT say enough good things about her! She showed my son each of the dental tools she had and first put them to use on his hand (he got to put on his own glove, just like her). When she showed him how her watergun worked by squirting it into the trashcan, my son was hooked. Veronica never told my son «no» or restricted him from exploring his curiosity! He squirted that gun (she could turn the water off, and tried to keep him from squirting himself!), grabbed «Mr. Thirsty» and gave it plenty of «kisses», and held onto the toothbrush while Veronica was polishing his teeth. He was trying to pull it out of his mouth, but Veronica kept right on working. She is obviously very experienced, and VERY patient. She worked at my son’s pace, pausing whenever he wanted to check something out and encouraging his curiosity. But she still got a complete cleaning in! Dr. Raza was just as wonderful with my son. I have never seen my little guy so compliant with someone new! He is obviously very knowledgeable and gave me some practical tips on how to care for my son’s teeth, and even what to expect of his mouth as adult teeth come in.
In the end, we left the dentist with a bag full of goodies, including a few different high-​quality toothbrushes and flossers. My son’s favorite was a rubber duckie in a rocketship, with a balloon tied to it. «Duckie» now joins us every time we brush teeth, which my son is now actually EAGER to do. He even requests flossing a couple times a day – we weren’t flossing before. ;-) He left that office feeling SO confident! It was amazing to see him go from being nervous about the idea of the dentist, to wanting to go back everyday. Yup, he’s asked every day since our visit if we can go to the dentist. :-)

Dr. Raza rocks!!! My kids actually want to go to the dentist:-) Awesome staff, awesome place and AWESOME dr!!!

Dr. Raza and his spacecrew are welcoming and efficient. I highly value the emphasis Dr. Raza places on communication with the parents, even navigating xrays and discussing multiple options of dental care he’s recommending. He also finds creative solutions to prevent procedures. The practice is a fun spaceship environment, with movies and video games and the kids actually look forward to their dental appts and come back with a bunch of goodies! Dr. Raza, his staff and practice definately set themselves apart from the crowd in communication, professionalism, environment, friendliness and FUN!

My 5 year old son had an accident at soccer and yanked a front upper partway out of his mouth. It was a Saturday.
We called Children’s Dental office and connected to the emergency operator.
We got a call back from Dr Eunha Cho of the Thousand Oak’s office. She had us meet her there in ½ hour. She was wonderful.
She had to extract my 5 year old’s tooth. It was a baby tooth and re implantation would have risked infection and damage to a permanent tooth.
She was personable and very nice to our 5 year old and us. Thumbs up to Children’s Dental Group and Dr. Cho.
