We began in 1992 as Coast Herbal. Our newest company, Thousand Oaks Family Well Being, opened 2 years ago with many new additions to help you with all of your natural health needs. We are very proud that many of our original clients are still coming to see us and continue to refer their family and friends.

I graduated with a degree in Biochemistry, then switched to natural and got my Masters in Herbology. Since 1978 I have continued to study herbs, vitamin therapy, homeopathy, along with many other healing modalities. Since our original opening in 1992, we have helped more then 12,000 people achieve a higher level of natural health.

I was 5 minutes late and then they had me fill out paperwork for both myself and my dog which used up some of the time. I suggested, to run their business more efficiently, that they have people arrive early so that time isn’t taken away from the session or provide the paperwork beforehand so it is filled out before the appointment. Regardless… Jeff was given many chances to make things right but he seemed to care about this ONLY AFTER he saw my review! Had he put as much energy into being this thorough during and after our sessions, this review wouldn’t exist. My dog was dangerously misdiagnosed by him and had I not gone to a vet after seeing Jeff, this may be even more of a dire situation. I posted this to protect people and their pets and to let people know how of his standards compared to the many other practitoners I have worked with for decades.

I’ve seen Jeff on and off since 2003. At the time Western Doctors were unable to help me with an abnormal blood panel despite many tests, a biopsy and endless appointments. I still have a medical issue beyond the scope of Western medicine but no longer live in fear or aloneness. I have knowledge and someone with medical equipment and a brilliance to help me deal with this and any other viruses, fungus, etc. that come along. Jeff has helped me so very much and my gratitude is beyond words. If you have a medical mystery do not hesitate to give Jeff’s office a call! Chances are you will be very educated and surprised to find out the root and so happy there is a remedy.

I really, really wanted to give this health center a good review. Jeff Sherman is a really sweet guy and the receptionists are very kind as well. Unfortunately the recommended treatments failed to help me through the two ailments I hoped to have treated. One of the supplements (still not exactly sure which one) caused me massive panic attacks. Jeff did try to figure out, over email, which supplement it was but, in the end, I had to do some trial-​and-​error to figure it out. I then headed out to a second appointment at their new location. Unfortunately the staff failed to notify me that they changed their move date. It could happen to anyone I suppose but, due to the acute nature of my symptoms, I was desperate to see them and didn’t have time to head over to the old location to make it in time for my appointment. Jeff left a voicemail to apologize (very nice). I called back the receptionist to reschedule and she kindly told me I was a priority and he would call me back immediately. It has been over a week and I still have not received a call back or any advice. Per the other reviews, it sounds as if there have been some greatly helped by Jeff and his staff. Sadly, I am not one of those people.

I am so grateful that a friend referred me to Jeff Sherman of family well being when I mentioned to her that I was suffering from cluster headaches since 2001. I was previously taking a cocktail of drugs to help with the pain but nothing was really getting to the root of the cause and I knew that I would not be able to take those drugs when I planned to become pregnant. Through electrodermal screening he was able to tell me what I was deficient in and how I could help my body get on track. I had heard about an anti inflammatory regimen for cluster headaches that included vitamin D, omega-​3 fish oils, magnesium, and calcium. When my results showed that it was these things I was deficient in I really became a believer in this natural way of healing. I have been headache free now for almost 2 years and I feel very positive that I have found the healthiest way to cure my body. I even took my infant to see him when she was having reflux and it went away almost immediately. I am a regular customer to family well being and refer so many people hoping they will give it a try. Thank you Jeff! :)

I first found Jeff through a referral from a friend who had an incredible experience working with him. I was skeptical but considering the condition I was in my choices were narrowing. My testosterone levels had dropped ridiculously low and all my Western docs offered my was testosterone gels and shots. I did them for a short time but even those didn’t work very well. I’m so glad I found Jeff as he was able to help me get my life back through the work he does. AND I recently received all kinds of information on a huge lawsuit coming up that includes a suit against the drugs I was prescribed… apparently several men died from the same drugs. Thank goodness Jeff helped my raise up my testosterone levels without pharmaceutical drugs and get my life back!
I love the work Jeff does so much that I have even invited him to share what he does at my store (CYH Teas) in downtown LA. He’s helped me, my Mom, and several friends…

I have been going to Jeff since the early 1990s with a lot of health problems from allergies to pneumonia and more. Jeff has succeeded where the regular health administration failed me drastically. I always leave with a great degree of confidence knowing that my quality of life is rising back to at the very least to normal, usually better than before I had the problem I came to Jeff for. I would recommend everyone that has any kind of illness take the time to go in to see Jeff and have him increase your quality of life just like I do.
