Had them come out to give a quote. Jonathan, a project manager comes from Creation Builders (their parent company) and gives me a crazy price. They don’t do written bids and they don’t break down the material costs. But, he can give me a big deal if I make a decision that day cause he has another big order. Thought I was buying a used car. Clearly these guys know nothing about sales. I have a business card with a price on it. Yeah, that’s how I hire gardeners, not a construction company. Should have thrown him out when asked for my budget.
