Love this urgent care staff and doctors are all so friendly, I highly recommend this place if I could give it more stars I would!

I came in as a walk in appointment the other day, and the wait wasn’t that long. I was helped immediately, the front office assured me that I could be helped and that it would be a short wait until I could be seen. The Dr. Was very friendly and answered all my questions as needed. I was very satisfied and would recommend this place.

I previously wrote a WONDERFUL review about Thousand Oaks Urgent Care and wanted to extend my gratitude to Dr. Lui and nurse Lindman. Thank you for all you have done for me. You are so kind and caring and I will never forget how amazing ALL the staff has been to me. I will HIGHLY recommend this facility.

Edward was so so helpful. We brought my grandmother who is very old and very fragile here for X-​rays, and Edward helped us get her to and from the car, in and out of the wheel chair, on the X-​ray table etc! Things were quick, efficient and everyone was so nice and again helpful! Thank you so much!

The staff here is always helpful and friendly.Dr. Lui has always given me great care. I come here more often than my primary care provider.

This place is absolutely horrible!
My 89 year old father had a cold and we could only go to urgent care. Even though the office was not particularly busy we had to wait almost 2 hours.
They only have one doctor and if there is a patient who has a problem that takes a while everyone else is stuck waiting.
«Urgent» is definitely a misnomer when it comes to this place!
I will NEVER do business with this place again. If you are unfortunate enough to have to come here, be prepared for very poor service.

Had to use this facility on New Years Eve and was very happy with it. The front office staff was very friendly and on top of things. The doctor was helpful and made it a painless experience. I would recommend this facility. My company also uses the Newbury Park facility for workers comp issues and I’ve had to visit there also, again they were great.

I took our child there for a possible broken finger as it was swelling and had bruising colors. The wait was short, Dr came in and x– Rays were taken. Unfortunately, we waited close to 3 days to get the results. Next day when I called, no results. I called on the second day and was told the results still weren’t in. When I relayed to the girl who answered the phone that our child’s finger was hurting him with the swelling and the bruising, her response was, ‘well I can’t make the doctor read the x-​Rays any faster’. REALLY… just a little rude! On my third call on the third day, we finally got the results that it looked broken, but they weren’t sure and needed to get more x-​Rays. Why did I need to call to get the results. They said they would call when the results came in, right. Took him to the hospital ER today and was diagnosed with a broken finger using the x-​Rays they took. I will not return to this urgent care and will not recommend this place to anyone, especially when they have employees with no empathy!

I came in on a Saturday and there was a bit of a wait but it was exactly what I expected from a walk-​in appointment at an Urgent Care on a Saturday. The doctor I had was Dr. Kornder and she was amazing. She was full of energy and happy to answer my questions. She took her time with me and it was overall a great experience.

Came this morning for my daughters sore throat — had to wait just a bit to be seen — but they strep tested her — nurse and doctor very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Would recommend when you can’t get into regular doctor in weekends and after hours.

I am completely satisfied with my Dr’s visit, not only was i seen in a quick matter of time, but the staff from the moment i walked in was very welcoming. The Dr. and nurse made me feel comfortable and it was an all over great experience, considering i’m not a huge fan of the doctors haha. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to make an appointment in the future.

I would give negative stars if I could.
Customer service was non-​existent. The office person (Julie) obviously wanted us to pay cash since she said she needed ½ hour to look up our insurance info which we provided. I can’t imagine the doctor not hearing what we were talking about so I would have expected he/​she to come out to see what the problem was and to assist. I will never go here again — I would rather pay a penalty to go to the emergency room.

I had a great experience with the dr and staff. They were super nice and when the dr did the procedure needed… she made me feel extremely calm. Believe me… getting lanced is not a fun thing to have happen. She did a great job. I’d go again if ever needed.

Came in a little more than an hour before closing time on a Sunday. I expected to be rushed in and out considering the time of day, but was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of the staff. Everyone seemed to be genuinely concerned about the care I received, and the doctor was really nice. The whole staff was very sympathetic and helpful, and one of the nurses even gave me a hug when I cried upon learning I broke my foot. They gave me a copy of my x-​rays on disc, which was a lifesaver when I followed up with an orthopedist. My only complaint is that the doctor told me a walking cast/​boot would provide sufficient protection for the type of fracture I had, but when I went to see an orthopedist two days later he said I should have been put in a non-​weightbearing cast immediately. However, the TO Urgent Care doctor did warn me that ortho isn’t his specialty and told me to see an orthopedist as soon as possible, so I guess I can’t get too upset.
All-​in-​all, I would return here if needed.

Didn’t wait any longer than 30 minutes. Dr. Liu helped me figure out that there is something wrong with my nerve in my left hand, which is related to my work requirements. They checked with X-​rays and physical examinations.
Prescribed me medicine to help with inflammation, gave me a wrist guard, told me how I can help control the nerve problem and helped get my paperwork sent to start physical therapy. Couldn’t ask for more!
Parking is huge, there is no appointment required.

Horrible. The wait was so long, I was beginning to think my I jury was going to heal by itself.

This office and it’s staff are useless. Twice I brought my son in for broken bones. I received incorrect information and diagnosis and a lack of information that affected his injury. They don’t know what they are doing, can’t read an xray and can’t even put on a bandage corectly. If you have anything wrong with you, don’t go to this facility.
There are other facilities that are better equiped and have competent people who know what they are doing.

A little bit longer wait than I would have liked, but I’m sure still better than the ER. The PA (I think), Jose, was very nice and professional. Dr. Gupta cracked me up. I kept telling my son how the pain shot was just going to burn for a little bit, to which she replied, repeatedly, «It’s going to hurt really bad. I’m serious. It’s really super painful.» HAHAHAHA What doctor does that? It was awesome. Maybe not for a young kid, but my son’s 18 and he can handle it. Comedy. They didn’t get all the glass out of his foot, but it was not for lack of trying. I’d definitely come here again.

We have now made this our go to place for urgent care. Easy to park and rarely busy and short wait times. Nice clean and open wait area with a TV, friendly staff, on site XRay and super friendly doctors.
If you are in need to see a doctor then this is a great place, they take most if not all insurance. If you’re not a citizen with insurance or a doctor and you don’t need a hospital or ER then call ahead and go here. Great service, great Urgent care.
