Specialties
We specialize in family training. From pre-schoolers 3 – 5 years old, children 5 – 10 years old, teens and adults we have classes for all these. We also have women’s self defense, grappling, MMA and self defense for seniors.
We build strong character through martial arts training.
History
Established in 1974.
Grandmaster Dennis Ichikawa began his training with Chuck Norris in 1970. In 1974 he opened the Tarzana Karate Studio. His son, Justin Ichikawa, started his training when he was 3 years old in 1988.

Business Owner
Japanese American, born in Chicago, Il, in 1946. Graduated UCLA in 1969, with a degree in Public Relations. Became a management trainee with the Chuck Norris Karate Studios in 1970. Married his wife, Martha, in 1974. They have 3 grown children and one grandson. They reside in Thousand Oaks, CA.
