Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Super chill location, I’m here at least once a week

I do most of my shopping here because it is very close to my house. The staff is excellent — always super friendly and helpful. You never have to look very far to find someone that works there if you have a question. I’ve never experienced any rudeness like other reviewers have said. As for the store itself, I do wish the store was bigger. It’s pretty tiny compared to some of the other locations I’ve been to and can get very crowded. Most of the food is decent but nothing spectacular. The produce section has gone downhill in the 5 years I’ve been coming here. The selection is lacking, as is the quality of the produce. The meat/fish section is also questionable. The customer service there is so amazing that I’ll keep coming back, no question about it.

I have to edit this review and would give NO stars if I could. My aunt went there recently and had the worst experience ever. She shops there every week, chats with the employees and is the nicest person. She was shopping around and they assumed she was shoplifting because she had some items(wallet, keys, cell phone) in her sweater pocket. She didn’t even bring in a purse. Some tall guy working there came up to her and said hello but looked majorly pissed. She smiled at him but he stared her down then walked off. She heard him telling another employee how they announce a code and will harass shoplifters to make them feel very uncomfortable. But she had no idea they were suspecting her of something bad. Next employees came up to her one after another getting extremely close and eyeing her up and down, looking all over her body(eww), not saying a word then walking off. Two employees [older lady and young guy] pretended to be customers and one of them was circling her like a shark, eyeing her, being creepy while making b.s. small talk about recipes. That lady left and the guy stayed behind and kept gawking at her then walked away. Even when she went to pay someone came up to her. She finally realized why everyone was acting so crazy so she emptied her pockets while waiting in line so they would leave her alone. She was so scared that someone was going to tackle her at the door. She would never steal and seriously does not need too! She came over crying and was really upset. This is her neighborhood store and these people treated her like sh*t when they never saw her do anything wrong or try to take anything because she never did. It was her stuff in her pockets! Really sad. She said she may still shop there because she likes the products and the location is convenient but we are begging her not to. HORRIBLE!!!

I grew up in TO and this has been my goto store since I learned how to drive. They have everything I need and plenty of healthy options. I know I know trader joes is trader joes. But this one stood out in my mind because of the excellent customer service. The staff is always quick to help you with anything you need and if they don’t have what you need they always send you in the right direction. That’s why this trader joes stands out above the rest of the trader joes.

Love my local Trader Joe’s but I don’t understand how the managers are allowed to dress so trashy! No one wants to look at age spots all over a women’s chest. I would expect better from Trader joes.

This is my local TJ’s. Love this location and Trader Joe’s in general! Have been shopping TJ’s since the late 80’s. Friendly staff at this store, have a wine tasting bar as well as food tasting daily. Always something new and good staples that my family eats weekly.

I’ve been going to this trader joes since I was a baby(seriously!) and it’s never faltered in quality or kindness. It’s like a second home.

Oh, Trader Joes on Arboles, how I love you. From the minute the blasting AC hits you as you enter the automatic doors, to checkout, to enjoying your groceries at home, the entire TJ’s experience at this particular location is not to be missed. The staff at this location is phenomenal. In the aisles, they are always there to assist you with whatever you need to find. They are very knowledgeable and will even go into the back if a certain item isn’t in the shelf. At the samples station, the recipes are fresh and exciting. Be sure to try the juice sample and get your free coffee! And at the checkout, the cashiers are always engaging and friendly. They will discuss their favorite products, give you recipe suggestions with your items, and engage in good old fashioned small-town conversation. I love the small town vibes of Trader Joes TO. Special props to Dasha, she is AMAZING. If you are a TJ’s newbie, or looking for the next great product, these are my Trader Joes Academy Awards. Best Breakfast: Tie between Fruity O’s and Blueberry Waffles(frozen section). Their Sprouted Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bagels are a healthy way to get your bagel fix. Best Lunch(Pre-Prepared): Chicken Pasadena Salad. Serves 2 but it is the size of a restaurant salad and about $ 5 – 6 cheaper. Plus, it’s lower in calories than an average restaurant/fast food salad. Best Appetizer: Coconut Shrimp. My go-to restaurant entrée also has a delightful Trader Joe’s edition. Perfect with their Sweet Chili Sauce. Best Snack(not so healthy): Ridge Cut Salt and Pepper Kettle Chips Best Snack(healthier): Chocolate Fiberful Granola Bar Best Snack(fancy-schmancy): Raisin Rosemary Crisps with Leicster/Red Pepper Cheese Best Frozen Dessert: Key Lime Pie(this is what heaven tastes like) Best Baked Good: Inside Out Carrot Cake Cookies Best Ice Cream: Tie between Mint n Chip and Golden Caramel Swirl. Or, French Vanilla with Sea Salt Caramel topping(near ice cream) heated and poured on top. Best Beverage: Low Calorie Pink Lemonade and Lime Sparkling Water(I like to mix them together for a fizzy treat). Stop in this TJ’s and you won’t be disappointed!

At all Trader Joes locations, every single staff member is great. But I like this location better than the Westlake one. It’s nice to get away from those raging westlake moms that will run you over with cars and/or carts. The store layout is less congested and they have wine tasting from 2 – 7. So I get a little break while I go shopping ;)

Friendless employees, they always ask me how I am doing and brighten my day without even knowing it. Trader Joes is a great company and this location has exceeded itself. i left to night with a large smile on my face because of the employess.

Went in to TJs today and there are many changes in the store. Thank you Bob Hernandez for going out of your way and assisting me in navigating the new landscape. It’s always a pleasure interfacing with Bob. Always happy with a smile and on the ready to assist you with any question you may have. Looking forward to my next visit.

The staff at this Trader Joe’s is absolutely amazing. There is always at least one person who will ask if you need any help locating an item and when checking out I love how they make friendly and normal conversation(doesn’t seem forced like other stores). Not to mention I love how affordable everything is.

What are you hiding? What happened to you TJ? Ask them where their private label items are from? Ask any 3 employees and you’ll get 3 different answers… why is that?

When I eventually leave California(know I can’t retire here) this store is probably what I will miss most out of any stores. They carry plenty of single meal items, health foods(love their fresh carrot juice), and vitamins at reasonable prices. The Patron Citronge continues to be the best price found anywhere(14.99). They have a good sized amount of sauces, seasonings, and spices to brighten any meal. And who could forget«Two Buck Chuck»(currently $ 2.49) the best wines anywhere for under $ 6 a bottle. The employees who work here are well trained, cordial, and VERY customer service oriented. For a store offering value, choice, and great customer service — there is NOEQUAL!!! Try everything — all good values here!!!

This Trader Joe’s gets very busy during lunch rush, with lots of folks coming here for their pre-made salads, sandwiches and sushi. This store is not large, but has a good selection of products and everything is clean and neatly organized. I was happy to find my Chicago mix popcorn and a bag of just cheddar popcorn. I also found some amazing rosemary and asiago dinner rolls for my company lunch tomorrow. My husband and I also adore their pretzel rolls — they’re about the size of a small sandwich roll — long and narrow. They’re $ 1 each and I can’t wait to get home and make turkey sandwiches with them tonight! Last note, I was surprised at how inexpensive everything was. I’d been searching for dinner rolls at local Whole Foods stores and wasn’t finding what I wanted. Trader Joe’s had rolls that exceeded my expectations and were a fraction of what I would have spent at a place like WF!

This is a super place — lots to love and very handy place to shop. This location does not have the same local charm as others as it was a supermarket that had closed down — somehow Trader Joes can turn bad locations into gold mines with their draw!!! Prices are always good and quality plus service great. Wine cheaper than Costco. We like the cheeses and the Basile plants. The fresh live Basel Plants are a delight — brighten up your kitchen, porch and pallet. There are lots of new things all the time. Enjoy !!!

I love TJ’s. For years now hubby and I have shopped there for miscellaneous things. If nothing else, I buy the Organic Almond Milk and Organic Peanut Butter. The price can’t be beat. I wish they had a lot more organic foods. I would definitely be a fan then.

Great layout. Very helpful staff. Walk in to see tons of fresh flowers. Great place to pick up a bouquet. Love all the frozen and premade meal options. So many good ones like turkey meatloaf in fridge, Kung pao chicken in frozen, Indian curry in a box. In the back corner there’s samples of stuff. We had a juice and tried the Kung pao chicken. My personal finds this visit: frozen«gone bananas» treats and whipping cream in a box that can be stored on a shelf(I’m a baker and love love love this item)
