Lousy hours, complete selection, helpful staff at pharmacy. Who ever heard of a drugstore not opening until 8am? Otherwise a standard Walgreens.

So. I have given this place too many chances and I am done. They literally have messed up on my fathers medications more than once, and these are meds we get refilled weeks in advance because he cannot miss them. I gave them multiple chances because most of the people were very friendly, Vi is great and the main guy there are nice… But the overall incompetence is ridiculous. Switching my insurance was almost too much for them, the main guy there said I wasn’t covered when in actuality he just couldn’t understand my plan and it wasn’t until the fifth try where Vi got it handled. Then, I drop off my most recent prescription, I have to get a three month supply per my insurance. He said they had to order it, I said I’m not in a hurry. I came back yesterday, 2+ weeks later and nothing. He said it was on back order and they could give me less than half but I’d lose the rest. WOW, that sounds like a GREAT option. … And that was it, the only option offered. He then tried to explain to me about medication… I said how many times have we done this. Not the point, I’m fully aware, I’m in this business. One simple phone call could have saved us this problem. He said you’re right I should have called. I said yep, but that doesn’t fix the problem. I’m in this line of work and for people whose lives depend on medication, this is negligence. So, after the multiple errors, regardless of how much I appreciate your main pharmacist, you just lost my whole families business. Also, went to target. They are amazing and friendly and shared with me that normally all pharmacies work together to help get people their meds but Walgreens doesn’t answer their phone to other pharmacies… So, there’s that as well.

What a refreshing experience! This little Walgreens had no wait at the pharmacy. The staff was super efficient and polite. Parking was close and easy. Next time I’m gonna take advantage of the drive thru!

It’s not open 24 hours like Google shows. Still have always liked the store. They should try to update this though since parents are often getting medicine for kids late at night.

If your here to get anything other than a prescription medicine, then I’d happily give 4 stars mainly due to the great staff. But if your here for a prescription medicine, thats different. If you go inside the main problem(which ill get to later) is solved, but still they will give out your prescription always 20 minutes later than when you ask them and the time they say it will be ready. Also sometimes they will run out of prescriptions for a whole week which is a HUGE bummer. We usually use the drive thru to pick up medications and on several occasions we have waited just around an hour in line. And when they don’t have the medication in stock, poof you just wasted a one twelfth of your day hooray. they should email everyone when the medication is not in stock so they don’t go hurrying over there for nothing; but maybe your just a marketing scam designed to pull in customers while they wait for medications, and if thats the case we’ve been pulled in a couple of times. Smart. Thanks for wasting my time.

I give this Walgreens 5 stars because the customer service is amazing. Every employee goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience a good one. I am extremely impressed with the pharmacy because of how quick and efficient they are. Especially the main pharmacist who really cares about her customers and it makes the shopping experience all around wonderful!

I had sent over 80 pictures to walgreens through the Walgreens app a couple days ago and was alerted yesterday that they were all ready for pick up. The app was having problems and only allowed me to send in pictures 4 at a time. Do you see my frustration already? Not their issue, obviously. But I always use– *used* walgreens to print my photos. I went to pick them up only to find that more than ten photos were missing and my order of over 80 photos could not take the coupon since they were all printed individually, instead of in full. The staff leader or MOD had also gotten a hard time from a gentleman before me so I tried to cut him some slack on the issue but his constant reply was«there’s not much I can do here ma’am». Really? This coupon is for 15 cents a print. That’s more than 40% off the original 29 cents a print– if I remember correctly. He said«there’s not much I can do here ma’am». Ok well an associate must have realized how overwhelmingly incompetent I thought this shift leader guy was and tried to figure out another solution. They came up with the idea to reprint the prints from the location in full. I’ve done this before, it still takes an hour to print, and it even takes an hour to load your phone! And what a waste of ink and printing paper. The majority of the prints are here. There’s no reason to reprint them and what an absolute waste. I ended up walking away and the shift lead left me with«you have a great day ma’am «laughed and turned to talk to the associate. I’m not sure what type of people you’re hiring, but this store is primarily customer service and common sense. Both of which that shift lead presented lack there of tonight.

I have now tried the Walgreens pharmacy three times, twice drive thru and once walk in due to them being right down the street and all three times been ulterly disappointed. The first time we left the hospital with our new baby, my husband made a special trip to drop off the prescription so it would be ready when we left the hospital(promised to be ready by five), we showed up at 530 and they hadn’t even started. This last time we had the doctor call in the prescription and gave them three hours, only to get there to see they didn’t work on it, didn’t have the prescription and didn’t even call to let us know and then wouldn’t transfer the prescription to a competitor until I put up a stink about refusing to drive to the moorpark one. The store manager is very friendly, when I have shopped there for non pharmacy stuff he goes out of his way to make sure I found everything okay, however do not recommend the Walgreen pharmacy, three for three epic fails!

I see a lot of complaints about the pharmacy and a few months ago I would have added a list of complaints. However, not too long ago they pharmacy got a new manager and my experience there is much better. I think she is getting the place organized. Recently I have had great service there and no mistakes.

STAYFARFARAWAYFROMTHISPLACE. I saw someone prescribed the wrong medication. Thankfully the guy opened the rx bottle there and then just to double check if it was right. It was WRONG. I mean, feel free to go here but make sure to double check your Rx because they mess up a lot here which is the pharmacists fault. There is a Ralphs pharmacy in front of them and a Walmart pharmacy behind them, i would feel safer there. The pharmacist had to apologize, but what can an apology do if there incompetency can take you to the hospital. You can see from other reviews that they give out wrong meds, go somewhere that is reputable, where they can understand you and you can understand them, where they dont hang up on you for their lunch time.

The pharmacy is not doing well. They gave me wrong meds two times now. I am not going back there. Once is somewhat understandable(albeit it’s still not good because this concerns someone’s health, it can be dangerous, even fatal). Beware!

I went in for a refill for a vaporizer we purchased from Walgreens several years ago; we had gotten a refill there one year ago. No dice, they did not carry filter refills any more. I asked one of the employees, she was not familiar with it. We both then asked one of the managers who, without looking at us or turning around said. they do not have it and can’t get it. Being a little irrated I said yes you can at which point he turned to speak directly to me and said to go on line. I went to walgreen site and to their store drop down; no dice it did not come up. Terrible service, attitude of manager and one lost customer.

The Pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful. Today they even work harder to save me some money. My doctor’s prescription turns out to be over $ 400. She asked me to wait and wanted to talk to the doctor for possible alternatives in order to reduce the cost. After 2 more conversations with the doctor during a period of 3 hours, she was able to get alternatives and reduce the cost from $ 400+ to $ 100+, and then to about $ 75. You work on your own just tried to save me some money, and I really appreciate it. Thanks to the great pharmacists at the Walgreens.

Is it my imagination or are Walgreens everywhere becoming more and more difficult to shop in with coupons. And their rewards program has become so very complicated. Well, yes, here is $ 10.00 but, no, you cannot use it on any product that will get you points. Although, you can buy that same product in a separate transaction. Oh, and you must have a product for every coupon even if you’re allowed to use a store AND a manufacturer’s coupon for ONE product. Because, god forbid, you do have one coupon over, the whole cash register seems to freeze and dirty looks start shooting your way. So, this Walgreens… Adequate merchandise, some nice/some not so nice employees. I was extremely disappointed yesterday when I purchased a $ 25 gift card and discovered on my way home that the clerk had not given me my $ 5 Walgreens promotional card in return. I’m at the point where, I don’t care what the deals are at Walgreens, they’re just too much of a pain in the ass to deal with right now. Sorry, Walgreens. :o(

Pharmacy employees always go above and beyond the standard of service! They work with my difficult insurance company to get my prescriptions approved at a decent price for me. Also, they always have my meds. ready on time for me. They are very friendly. This is by far the best pharmacy I have been to.

The one star is not for the store, but the pharmacy. The store is great, but that’s a different story. I called to inquire about having a prescription filled today. I thought it would be a good choice since I saw good reviews on this store. I wasn’t sure what country I had. I was so disgusted because I had to repeat three times what I wanted. The woman that answered the phone did not understand English. Need I say more? Also she mentioned that she was closing for lunch. Makes me feel like Mayberry.

!st time there was today and this has been by far the best Walgreens I have been too EVER! Super friendly service especially from Vicki she helped me with all my questions regarding facial moisturizing creams. I felt like I was at a really nice 5 star restaurant with excellent service. She is such a sweetheart I am glad Walgreens has her as an employee. I will be seeing you soon Vicki at least during my work hours. LOL
