I’ve been going to Westoaks for several years. Great work — clearly the team treats my car as if it was theirs. Lots of pride and attention to detail.

This place is a complete and total rip off. What a scam! SOOOO rude. They put a hole in my upholstery then claimed they weren’t responsible. They left a pool of water on the drivers side floor, and when I asked for help, they refused. Everything is sticky, after I drive anywhere I have to wash my hands from some kind of reside left on the steering wheel. Never waste your time or money going here.

My car hasn’t looked better other than the day we purchased it! Westoaks was prompt in their timing, making it sparkly and gleaming in less than 4 hours. I’m pretty particular and pointed out a few areas that needed some extra TLC when I dropped off the car. Gary and his team took great attention to address those spots and I couldn’t be happier. Plus they’re just nice people to work with. They definitely won a loyal client in me!

These guys are the best! I brought my car in for detail yesterday and I have nothing but the most positive things to say about them!
Their customer service is excellent– Gary, the owner, is all smiles and will happily answer all of your questions. I have a small child who I allowed to have snacks in my car (not anymore because it’s so clean!!) As any mom and dad knows, your car can get pretty gross with kids, snacks, trips to the beach, etc. When I picked up my car, it was just as clean as the day I got it! They even buffed out a scratch that was on the side of my car from when someone walked by it with a shopping cart. The guys who did the actual detail were SO hard working, polite and courteous.

I have taken a variety of vehicle to westoaks over the past 4 years and the results as always excellent. It can be tough to get in they stay so busy. From my beater cars to my showcars it is always the best!

Went to the detail shop with my vehicle to have the engine steam cleaned. The shop steam cleaned my engine, but never advised me that it could cause engine problems. I drove the vehicle home and everything seemed fine. I parked the vehicle, and a few days later started it up and it felt like the vehicle was missing on several cylinders and the vehicle was vibrating. I did not think it was related to the steam cleaning until I drove it to my mechanic who advised me that there was water in the spark plug tubes that was shorting out the spark to the engine, and that this was what was causing the engine issues. I contacted Gary Sullivan at Westoaks Detail and told him what had happened, and he told me that he would not reimburse me the $ 98 my mechanic charged me to clean out the water and get the vehicle running again. He said it was not his problem.
I would never recommend anyone taking their car or truck to a shop that has this attitude and does not back up its workmanship, or lack thereof. They simply do not know what they are doing and have no integrity!

I have been meaning to write a review for awhile. My wife got a discount coupon to get our cars detailed… deferred maintenance you know… well, these guys got just about all the scratches out, and I couldn’t say enough good about them.
