We worked with Lyndasue Johnson at Bradley Real Estate in Tiburon. Lyndasue did an outstanding job with the purchase of our house. I am quite sure we wouldn’t have gotten this house without her help, specifically her ability to work through a very difficult negotiation and her deep connections in the local community and the city. The other thing that impressed me was how responsive she was. We were on a tight timeline, and Lyndasue was available late in the evenings whenever that was necessary. I used to be of the mind that real estate agents were becoming an unnecessary and expensive burden. I have completely changed my mind about that. Lyndasue earned every penny of the commission, and then some. Very highly recommended!
