Artistry? Yes! Follow up and business moxy? Not so much.
My not so secret admirer bought me a gorgeous terrarium arrangement from LushBubble and it was lovely, but expensive. The arrangement consisted of the tops only of succulents, which have a limited life compared to full succulents with a root system. It was a beautiful, simple arrangement. The reason for the cost was the artistry, but also that the arrangement comes with an promise by the owner to replace the tops in about 5 – 6 months time, to «refresh» the arrangement. The gift-​giver even spoke to the owner at the time of purchase, and was excited that I’d be getting a refresh when it was time. I fully enjoyed the arrangement, and after several months, it was time. Things were droopy and dying. But after three phone messages unreturned, I have discovered that the service promised to refresh the arrangement will not be delivered. In fact, to this date, all my multiple calls to the business owner where I explained that I was ready for my refresh, went unreturned.
Its disappointing, because the arrangements here are lovely at first, and had things been different and as promised, I’d have liked to be a repeat customer.

I was amazed at the variety of unique glass vase options, definitely not something to scoff at. Additionally, the owner is a very helpful consultant when deciding what you want. Great customer service that makes the whole process easy.

I was so lucky to stumble upon LushBubble! Not only do they have the most beautiful, intricate terrariums, but their orchids are out. Of. This. World! They are huge, healthy, colorful – stunning. Not to mention the price point – I saw similar arrangements in Japantown for triple the price and not nearly as beautiful.
They have great little house décor pieces, too. Yummy-​smelling candles, porcelain flowers, really unique decorative pieces and lighting. They even have some pretty jewelry too :) I love Lushbubble!

When I needed a unique housewarming gift for my girlfriend this was my first stop. The ‘LushBubbles’ are terrariums in beautiful glass containers and each one is hand-​made making no two the same. Needless to say it was ‘one of the best gifts ever!’
Have since been back a few times for more decorations and table centerpieces. The supply of items is always fresh and new.

While on vacation in Marin County I was lucky enough to stumble upon the dreamy little LushBubble in Tiburon. The owner, Jen was so knowledgable and gracious, she helped me find the perfect, unique house warming gift for my pals, who are impossible to buy for because they literally have everything… except the JAPANESE MARIMO MOSS BALLS which they LOVED! I am hoping Jen will open a store in New York City so my East Coast pals can experience the joy of easy breezy perfect gift giving!

Jen, the proprietor, is a creative genius. The vibe is awesome and the notion of sustainable floral for gifts, your office and home is spot on. They deliver in all of Marin County and way worth a stop by for locals and tourists alike.

Truly unique. Lushbubble has something for everyone. Jenn is an absolute expert, and a visit to the store feels more like spending time with a friend than shopping.

LushBubble handled our floral design for our wedding in Healdsburg, CA. Every single piece was absolutely stunning — I mean it was perfection. Everything was executed above and beyond everything I ever anticipated which made our day that much more special. Jenn is such a gem and I can’t wait to work with her again.
