We have used Central twice now. The first time was for a slab leak with the hot water line. They responded and scheduled an appointment even when I called after hours. The next day they showed up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently came up with the best solution without having to mess with a bunch of foundation problems. Then we had to use them for a sewer clog that was overflowing the washer, backing up the toilets, and the kitchen sink. Once again they showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue while also explaining everything to us. Their prices were more than fair! Will definitely use them again for any other plumbing needs!

Called Central for an estimate to remodel a bathroom. We were given a quote of $ 611.00 for the work. After our construction began, we had to do a second bathroom that included resetting 1 toilet and placing sink fixture. When i received the final bill it was $ 1275.83. This total included 1 ½ hour to replace a valve on my jacuzzi. This was NEVER done. All that was done there was to place new hot& cold handles and the spout which took no more than 15 minutes. Also billed were 4 visits, and there were only 3 billable visits. If you are in need of a plumber, and deal with them I suggest a written estimate and to know ahead of time what you are paying for!!! When i called back to question bill, i was called a f#####g liar, and mgr said he would come to my house and beat my A##. With the owner condoning that comment, how could you possibly be more unprofessional!!!
