History
Established in 2002.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Oregon. Beginning with intensive hospital-based rotations, I have developed a specialty treating anxiety disorders that are hard to improve with traditional therapies. I combine skills-based and mindfulness training with non-verbal strategies including neurofeedback, EMDR, EFT, and clinical hypnosis. I focus heavily on stress and trauma related-anxiety, attention and concentration deficits, insomnia, and Tinnitus-related distress. Before going into full-time private practice, I held staff psychologist positions at Hartford Hospital, Kaiser-Permanente Psychiatry in Santa Rosa, and OHSU Comprehensive Pain Clinic in Portland.
