First time visit and what an experience. Had a fabulous pedi and a fantastic mani. Tina you rock and the time you spent on my mani pedi was well worth it. I will be back in 3 weeks for another mani with Tina. Highly recommend her for a fabulous job. Well done.

Not a great pedicure. She cut my toenails shorter than I asked her to, and she hurt me with the cuticle scissors more than once. The polish is unevenly applied. The salon itself was clean and comfortable. Other people seemed happy. I think I just got the wrong person.

When I moved to Beaverton two years ago I visited at least a dozen other salons in Beaverton, Tigard, and Hillsboro. None of them had design samples that came anywhere close to the quality of Kim Nguyen’s work. She and her sister, Mai, are co-​owners of Image Nails. Together they run a stable, friendly, place where employees are treated like family and clients get great service. Yen gives the most relaxing pedicures and Brandy brightens everyone’s day with her infectious laughter. Last month’s grand re-​opening celebrated their recently completed renovation which made a great salon even better. Image Nails is an awesome place!

Wow! Ladies you must come here. The service was amazing. Staff were really friendly andake you feel welcomed. I got a fill in and glt shellac. I will never go to another nail salon but this one. Ask for Brandi.

I have been going to Kim Nguyen for about six years and truthfully, I can’t say enough good things about not only how amazing she is, but also the rest of the staff. Every time that I go there it is full of laughter, smiles, and a welcoming attitude. I feel like I am part of the family! Kim, in particular, is the best! I do not say this lightly. I am VERY picky about my nails and have been to several others throughout the Portland area. I was disappointed every time… until I found Kim. She is affordable, friendly, and my nails are beautiful! What more could you ask for?! Her sister, Maia, rocks as well! You truly can’t go wrong with either one of them or any of the ladies at the salon, depending on what you need. They get a big 5 Star review from me!

The ladies working here are SO nice. I made an appointment for shellac after not coming here for over a year, and they still remembered me! Very inviting and friendly salon. My shellac mani looks really pretty and my nails were filed in the shape I requested. Give them a try.

Let me tell you so i wasn’t satisfied with this place at all! The gel product they used on my nails was jacked! I left pissed off!
However i was told if i took down my Unilocal review that i will be fully refunded! So i took down the negative review and this is my compromise! I will not give you 4 or 5 stars because it was not worth it! Im glad you were able to fix the nails of the girl i went with however the product i wanted was gel and since you couldn’t provide that i chose not to go back to you!
I spent 40 $ on my nails and was not satisfied even when the girl went back she spent 2 hours there for you guys to get it right! We were going to W**m*** so i ended up getting my nails fixed by someone else and they looked amazing and lasted i paid them 20 $ plus a 10 $ tip! when i called you i asked for a refund you said the guy ben did a really great job and spent an hour on my nails! Which they werent it looked like i had the nails on for a week or so! And you said you will only give me 20 $ back so finally, after you asked me to take down my original review i put up a fake one and thats not me! I tell the truth as to what happened and if this causes me not to get the rest of my money then that shows what type of company this is!

A friend and I went in to Image nails to give them a try last week, and over all I am very happy I did. I will tell you I didn’t put 5 stars because we both asked for gel over our nails to make them extra shiney, well something went wrong with the gel and by the next day both of our nails were peeling in a strange way. I went back in and the ladies were soooo nice and accommodating and fixed it no problem. They even issued a refund for my friend who opted to not have them corrected there. They handled the situation like true professionals. My favorite part is their express pedicures. Im not a fan of leg rubs and such, I really just hate painting my own toe nails, so for only 15 dollars, they skip the frill and get down to business on making your piggly-​wigglys look bitchin’. They are affordable, clean and welcoming, I will be back for sure.

Definitely a friendly and accommodating nail salon.
Was able to give me an appointment sort of last minute and of course, did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails.
The place is clean, the employees will treat you like family and are very nice.
Prices are average and equivalent to just about any other nail salon. $ 35 for a ‘back fill’ and paid $ 8 for a nail polish change on my toes.
NOTES:
They have a TON of Shellac colors to choose from if that’s your thing. And I mean a TON.
Lacking different color options for acrylic nails. Had some, but not as much as some other places
Easy to make an appointment. Closed on Sundays.
Location could be better as parking is iffy in that complex.
Each of the ladies does a great job. Can take a bit longer however.

Love these ladies! Been going here for 10 years and they have always been kind and accommodating. Sometimes there is a little wait, but if you make an appointment it’s usually avoidable.

I’ve been a faithful client for over 10 years and am now driving over from West Linn to get my mani and pedis done here. Owner Kim is incredibly talented and can draw just about anything you ask of her in terms of nail art. Over the years I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Cathy gives the best leg massage during your pedicure and their massage chairs are super relaxing, too. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment today!

I was referred here by a good friend who has been seeing Kim the owner for over 10 years. Let me tell you, Kim does an incredible job!!! She can do everything and anything conservative and natural to loud, gaudy, and fun (which is my style) She’s creative, highly efficient, fun, and welcoming, most of the staff is. Mai is wonderful, Kathy does a great job with pedicures, and I’m still learning all their names. I enjoy everyone. I am no longer a nail salon slut, I am faithful to Kim and her salon/​staff.

I have been to Image Nail Salon a number of times for a mani or pedi and had a really good experience each time. The ladies are all really sweet and chatty and do a great job. I also love the hot stone massage that they give to your calves when you get a pedi.
If you’re in the Beaverton/​Tigard area you should definitely give this salon a chance!

Absolutely the best nail salon in town. I have been having my nails, pedi, wax and hair done here for over 7 years. Kim and Maia the owners treat customers like family and really care about the quality of their work. They make sure that your special likes and needs are taken care of and always greet you with a smile. «Kim 2» is the resident hair expert in addition to doing amazing pedi’s.
I drive from Gresham to Beaverton just to have my nails done every 2 weeks when I’m not on business travel.
