Meet the Business Owner
Shannon S.
Business Owner
Welcome, my name is Sifu Shannon and I am a cheif instructor of the Tigard location Kung-Fu School. My love and passion for kung-Fu began at an early age. My father taught Karate and we always loved watching action/martial art movies. Inspired by my father and Martial Art legends like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Al Dacascos. As I started taking classes, I began to really understand and take a passion for Kung-Fu. With hard work, dedication, and perseverance, I am now a fourth degree black belt and a co-owner of Lost Park Society Kung-Fu Academy. Today, I am first a father to three amazing boys, Isaiah 13, Orion 12, and Markus 4. I know that I need to pay a lot of attention to my kids, as well as include them in fun and safe activities, that is why all of them are part of my school and classes.
With all the negativity in today’s world, I want to present an art that concentrates around respect, unity, focus, friendship, leadership, and compassion.
