Paradise Harley-Davidson

This place is seriously like a second home to me. My husband and I have bought two bikes from this dealership, and we would never think about going anywhere else. Logan has been our go to salesman. He is super knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest guys to work in sales. Ever. Steve Larkin is also a total gem. He’s picked up my bike a few times for service appointments, and is always on time! Plus nothing beats seeing Steve pull into my driveway to drop my baby off!
Every time we walk in, we are greeted by name by everyone working. It’s seriously astounding. The customer service here is unparalleled.

This is where I bring my bike. The staff is wonderful, the service is great. Selection is excellent, and the ONLY reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because when I had my wheel replaced, mine mysteriously disappeared, and I’m quite upset about that. Accidents happen though, and I’ve been pleased with everything else.

I stopped in this dealer to take a look at a bike. I got the sense that I was not their type of customer. Since I was practically ignored my entire time I was there. While there was plenty of available staff. It was like I was invisible.
Now, who does not want to at least think about owing a Harley. I actually saw one that I was interested in. I lingered around the bike for a few. Again, no one came over to ask me anything.
I can’t see myself coming back to purchase a bile from this dealer. Again, I guess I am not «their kind of customer».

I have purchased several bikes from Paradise Harley Davidson over he years and they have always been fair and would work hard to make a deal. Unlike the other Harley store in town, they have never lied to me and their service work is above reproach. Although I old never take my bike to «the other Harley store in town», I would most certainly take my bike to Paradise Harley Davidson. I might add, I also used Columbia Harley in Vancouver and they are good as well.

Paradise Harley is an awesome place e to do business. My sales associate was Logan. It was a pleasure doing g business with him. definitely recommend this place if u are hunting for a bike.

If your a Harley rider, its hard not to like a Harley store. I purposely rode out of town down 101, and then back up I-​5 so I could knock this H-​D off my list. Store was just as nice as you would expect, lots of bikes to drool over, great merchandise, some I haven’t seen at others, and oh yeah… they even had a couple of hot ladies working there to look at as well. :) I could definitely ride back out here again one day just for the fun of hitting the highway and seeing what they had to offer. I never was bothered by any obnoxious sales people, or ignored either. Great experience.

You know how it is… you go in to «pick up a part» and you walk out with a new Harley. Yep, it happened, again.
We stopped by Saturday and was greeted by a live band, food truck, Harley dudes and dudettes, and, of course, bikes available for sale.
We bought the first one we saw… literally. Our rep, Lars, was really cool. Not pushy, but helpful. The Hubbs took me for a ride around the loop and I was digging the old man bike (with a seat big enough for my flat ass). I headed home and let the manfolk take care of the rest of the deal.
He brought the big beast home and we went for a quick ride. Nice.
Paradise threw in a $ 200 gift card for me. Granted, HD stands for Hundred Dollar and in the HD store, $ 200 doesn’t buy all that much, but I was very thankful just the same. We stopped by the next day and Kristie helped me.
I was looking at books, chaps, protective jacket, gloves, etc. All over the store… Kristie was patient and asked all of my «insurance lady safety questions» (I’ve seen some pretty bad things happen in the past 30 years). She was knowledgeable, professional, nice, all things wonderful.
I decided on new chaps (they even make my ass look sexy), a new jacket with lost of safety stuff (not as sexy), and gloves. It was well over my $ 200 gift card but, all in all, I think it was a pretty good deal.
I was impressed by Paradise Harley-​Davidson. I’m glad that they are my local dealership and I’m sure we will spend quite a bit of time ~ and money ~ in the near future.

Finally got the bike out after a week and a half of it being in the 20s and low 30s. Sun was shining and I got the scoot out to the Harley shop. Helpful staff in parts and in motor clothes and I got what I needed and got going in a pretty short time span.
Smaller shop than I’m used to, I guess they do like things bigger in Texas. But this is my local shop and I’ll will be around some more.

I have purchased a bike at Paradise and found them to be informative, helpful, and not pressure driven for sales. The service department is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They really go out of their way for great service.

Best Harley dealer I have ever dealt with. Mel and Albert in the parts department really know how to treat a customer!

Great service experience from Tiffany. She has always kept her promise times and has been conscientious with my bike. The technicians always seem to be in good spirits and are accomodating.

Another GREAT experience @ Paradise Harley– not only every time you walk in the do they remember your name, smile & are more then happy to help but they do the right thing. To make a long story short I was out for a 100 mile ride with my best friend yesterday which was fantastic. While on my way home realized something was wrong… I decided to shoot into paradise on my way home to have the guys in the shop check it out. I recently had my race tuner installed about 2 weeks ago & this was my 1^st long ride out after having this completed. After getting to the shop & being greeted quickly & promptly Timothy took my bike out for a test ride while leaving the shop James D & another happy paradise customer almost immediately identified the issue as a slipping clutch. After Timothy got back from the shop James took a look @ the adjustments on my clutch & everything appeared to be OK. I was then presented with the possibilities being my bikes almost New with only about 2500 miles on it a burned up clutch seemed very un likely. Jon the shop Forman explained the possibilities & asked if I had time for them to look @ it & get it fixed. He indicated the would do the right thing & get me running the way it should. James then proceeded to remove my main cover & remove & check my clutch which Is quite the lengthily task. During this time Jon found that my Clutch lever was sticking a little & may be causing the issue. After inspecting my clutch it was OK. While inspecting my lever issue they found that the levers had an 2 tension springs on it which most likely was causing the issue. The Paradise crew put my bike back together & running like a champ again. Without hesitation Jon did exactly what he said he would & only charged me for the parts required to take my bike apart & put it back together. Thanks again for a great experience & doing the right thing …

Finally my husband wore me down enough to buy «the bike» it is something we have wanted to do for years– and the stars finally aligned (as well as the teenagers teeth) so we could afford it. His first, mine next summer.
So he goes in on a Sunday as is treated like a king– meets the whole family, talks about financing and they very much go out of their way to make him feel valued.
I go in the following day to sign the financing paperwork– while we are waiting we are looking at gear. He needs a helmet, and rain gear you know stuff… Since I will be riding behind him every chance I get– so do I. The salesperson– completely I mean completely ignored me. Even when my husband said I needed to be sized for a helmet, she hung the tape back up on the wall and walked away. I tried asking her about rain gear for women (they had limited stock on hand) and she acted like she couldn’t hear me. I was in a conversation with hubby– she came right up and interrupted.
I went else where for my helmet, my gloves, and my rain gear. and they were just tickled to have me. I got great customer service and advice. Now I am about 4 months from purchasing my bike… I probably won’t buy it here–

I didn’t buy my Harley from Paradise after shopping around, but I’ve bought every accessory since then from there. This is a very friendly place, especially for a first time owner who didn’t know what to expect as a «rookie.» Everyone has been so friendly and helpful that it makes it fun just to stop and browse. If, or more likely when, I upgrade I’ll more than likely buy this time at Paradise.

I don’t know a thing about motorcycles, but I needed to get a helmet for this trip I’m going on. I was intimidated to walk into a Harley shop, thinking that — at best — the reps would see right through me and thus ignore me, and — at worst — get exited out for not being a cool Harley rider.
Boy was I WRONG!!! I was greeted immediately and treated amazingly well by Boo and about 3 or 4 other employees. They answered all my questions and made me feel like a really valued customer. I kind of want to learn to ride so I can buy my first Harley from them, just because they were so dang nice. And helpful. And knowledgeable. THANK YOU, Paradise Harley Davidson!
