History

Established in 2010.

Top Notch Fence and Deck LLC was started in 2010 by Matthew and Laura Compton. Between 2010 and 2011 Top Notch Fence serviced hundreds of satisfied customers. The business was allowed to dissolve in 2011 to focus on a small addition to the family. Matthew began work in construction with a local contractor, there he honed his skills, and expanded his capabilities. Around the same time Joshua was studying for his Associates in Business Administration. They met through a mutual friend in 2012. After many months they got on the idea of starting a business. A business is not just born though; They needed a plan and a drive. Matthew had over 10 years of experience in construction by this time with most of it in fencing. So they started Top Notch Fence Company in 2014. Since then Top Notch Fence has seen major growth due to its preexisting customer base and dedication to customer service.
