History
Established in 1992.
CertaPro Painters is North America’s most referred painting contractor and we, Dave and Lorena Streb, are the local owners of CertaPro Painters of Baltimore Central. We started this business becuase we wanted to bring a level of customer service to the residential painting trade that is not commonly found. Our goal has always been to do great painting work our customers can be proud of while delivering world class customer service.
Based in Cockeysville, we have performed thousands of painting projects with that focus in Cockeysville, Towson, Mt. Washington, Guilford, Roland Park, Hunt Valley, Ruxton, Timonium, and Homeland. We’ve painted for your neighbors and friends, and have probably painted a home on your block!

Dave and Lorena have been in business together for over 20 years. Before CertaPro Painters of Baltimore, they operated Reel One Media, a high end animation and special effects house for large corporate clients and government.
