Lawn Funeral Home

My dad passed away a couple of weeks ago and we had his wake at Lawn Funeral Home in Tinley Park. I know I speak not only for myself, but also my mother and brothers when I say that this funeral home far exceeded all of our expectations. They were so kind, caring and accommodating. This was the most difficult time any of us had been through in our lives and EVERYONE at Lawn Funeral Home was there for us through every step of the way.
The final weeks of my dad’s life were very difficult and stressful on all of us. He had lost a significant amount of weight and looked very sickly when he passed; however when we all walked into the funeral parlor and saw him for the first time we were all in shock and overjoyed at what a wonderful job they had done.
Each one of us in my family (along with the grandchildren) all wanted a special request when it came to the accommodations and every request was granted. It was very obvious to us that we had chosen the best location for my dad and we know that he would have been extremely happy with his arrangements. I can go on and on for hours talking about all the great things Lawn Funeral Home has done for my family.
In additional, this is a newly built location that opened in October of 2013 and it is a very nice establishment. The parlors are a great size; they have a family only room so that the immediate family can lock up their items and the kitchen area is very nice and can accommodate a lot of people and food.
