this place has no professionalism. they talk in there language the whole entire time and make it obvious that they are talking about you. Call them on the phone and ask them a few questions and i guarantee that they will make you feel like an idiot. laughing and saying uhhh, and not even a thank you, and just hanging up before you can. even when I’m sitting down getting my nails done and watching them talk over the phone is so rude and uncomfortable. they do good nails, but after awhile they start getting sloppy. you might be impressed the first couple times but after awhile you’ll start to notice. never again. one time she started picking a fight with me over the color i wanted because«they don’t do that here» your a nail salon, i want colored tips. do it. All in all they have there favorite loyal customers and thats all they need, anyone else who tries to get in that group will be treated poorly. rant over.

Just walked in and had a pedicure done here. I didn’t have to wait at all and was greeted right away. I had an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me and the lady did a great job getting it out and explaining to me how to prevent them and what to do if I get another. Even though I got the most basic pedicure package($ 25) she did a massage on my calves and feet that felt amazing. My toes look great and feel much better — -all for a very reasonable price!

Came here to get ready for my BFF’s wedding. We walked in without an appointment and was able to get in right away! The girl was awesome and gave me some great advice on my cuticles and nails. I got no chip and a pedicure. Both looked awesome and showed up fantastic in the pictures! Even though its far away for me, I’ll definitely make the trip here!

I’ve given this place too many chances. It’s the only nail salon of its kinda in the area where you can actually understand what they are saying which is nice. I will share with you two experiences. One time the man painted my nails after my fill in and it looked like I needed a fill in again already! It was like he was afraid to get close to the cuticle area and use if nail or an orange stick to get polish off my skin. Then another time I was there FOUR hours getting a pedicure and a new set.(usually this takes 2 hours tops) And to boot, the woman glued the tips to my skin. She didn’t press down on each side of the nail so the nail glue wouldn’t bond my skin to the tip. Then when she DID press down, I had splits and tears all around my fingers and I was tearing up it hurt so bad. And I’m not one to be picky and sensitive but I was BLEEDING. And I’m like please stop! And she poured acetone onto the cuts! And smiled while she did and said«oh sorry sorry!»… I was not laughing whatsoever about the situtation. That was the last straw. I now go to Lee Nails in Lemont and LOVE it.

Are you guys referring to the older lady in the shop? She is the reason why I stopped going. Every time I went in there they would give her to me. My nails would be horrible as well as my paint job. One day I was in there and was in the middle of getting my nails done and the owner(first chair by the register desk) had the nerve to ask me would I mind if she gave me to the mother(older lady) so she could do someone else nails. I looked at her like she was crazy and said yes I would mind! Some nerve!

I stopped here because I was out shopping before the holidays and desperately needed my pink and white’s re-done. I did not have time to get out to my favorite nail place. Well, I would have been better off waiting to go to my normal place. The interior of the Love Your Nails salon is nice, and the staff seems friendly enough. Problem is they do shoddy work. Four of my nails were lumpy and my left thumb nail was put on crooked. Pink and whites done by my normal salon last me close to 4 weeks. By the time I got to the end of the 2 week with the nails from this salon, it looked like I had had the nails on for 4 – 5 weeks. 2 thumbs down…
