NUDIBRANCHES ON CORAL, STAY AWAY!!! This store sucks! Its small, dirty, and your choice on corals and fish are very limited.
I bought a couple corals from them and about a week later I noticed some of my polyps disappearing. I took a closer look and I noticed small nudibranches on them that eat polyps until there’s none left. (I know it was from them because I havnt bought anything new for a few months before I bought the stuff from here)
Because of that, I had to buy a yellow coris wrasse (not from them) take out all my coral that I had left, dip it, put it back, and then hope for the best that the insect looking things don’t kill anymore of my expensive pieces. If you don’t get them all, you have to redo it and I suggest you get a turkey baster to suck them off if you see any. These things repopulate like crazy.
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from these guys. The prices might be a little cheaper than their competition, but you’ll be thanking yourself later and you’ll be saving yourself a lot of time and money in the long run. These little bugs are nearly impossible to get rid of fully.

This place is awesome. Smart staff that knows there stuff. Good prices. If you dont see it they can try and get it for you. Its a saltwater fish store. Great fish and corals.

I’m assuming this place is new because there is no lighted sign like the rest of the plaza (It’s located in the Jewel-​Osco strip next to Cosmo-​Prof). I shop at Cosmo-​prof and I heard about this place from a friend.
Regardless, I felt like when I walked in I wasn’t welcome and wondered if they were open to the public. I was not greeted and as I looked around it seemed as if there was 3 employees on staff at the time. I have a very sick fish and needed some advice. There are a lot of cool fish to look at so I started roaming around. After about 10 minutes FINALLY someone asked if I had a question. I told him my dilemma and he just stood there and nodded. He basically said there is nothing else I can do and keep doing what I was already doing. Unsatisfied, I bought some water conditioner and the owner cashed me out. He didn’t say hello, goodbye, have a nice day, nada… he only averted from his conversation with his friends to tell me my total and take my money. I expect this from a McDonald’s but not a specialty store.
I try to shop local but in this instance I will probably just stick with Petco.
