Oh where to start on the god awful service! Aside from the fact they did align my car. I’m otherwise annoyed at the un-​professional service. They never took my name. The invoice lists for the VIN# 111 111. It has the wrong mileage, the wrong phone number. They said it was not done until the end of the day. The invoice if it is for my car said it was done at 2:21 PM.
When I get to my car I find they NEVER LOCKED IT OVERNIGHT WHEN IT WAS LEFT PARKED OUTSIDE! And it smells like Burger King inside. It did not when I dropped it off. Thanks for getting lunch in a customers car!
Worst of all they never called me to tell me it was done! I had to call them! The next day after I was inconvenienced with looking for another car to take to my night class. The owner himself had an excuse why it took so long «Since we don’t take appointments» they only have one lift to do alignments on and they do other things on it. Ok, but could you call me when it is ready?
From now on, even if Ed’s down the street has to send it out for an alignment, even if they send it to this joker, at least Ronnie or Ed will call me. AND Ed’s will give me a PROPER INVOICE!!! From now on I will just take my car for alignments to Ed’s Automotive a mile down 196! Owen Miller runs a VERY UN-​PROFESSIONAL OPERATION!!! If I could give him negative stars right now I would!
And I’m not done here, I will make sure the BBB & AAA also hear of this. He does not deserve to be a AAA approved shop! WHAT A JOKE! AND NOT EVEN SORRY!
