It’s hard for me to give just a 3 star when the store really, really tries. The people and service are 5 star here, they do really try hard to please the customer. The drive thru lumberyard is a big plus too, really convenient.
The problem with the store is it’s more of a ‘mini’ home depot, very poorly laid out, cramped isles, minimal stock. I have no idea since it’s the only big box anywhere for 30 mile radius in any direction that they decided to go with this, because they really have a hard time shewing companies like Adams and Yoders away from the area.
If you need a quick run and you live in Lavonia, Martin, Toccoa, Clarksville… this is a good stop for you. If you need specifics and selection, might need to make the extra drive.

More employees than customers does not guarantee anyone will help you here. But if know what you need and where it is, this store is ok. The store is also clean, fairly new, well organized, and I really like the drivethru lumber yard!
