History

Established in 1990.

Our story began with two childhood friends who had a simple idea — serve delicious chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, and salads in a fun and offbeat atmosphere where you could be yourself. Word traveled fast, and pretty soon our hcicken made its way to more and more neighborhoods.

While a lot of things have changed since we got started, one thing is still the same: you’ve got a seat at our table because our lvoe for flavor all started with you.

We’ve eaten at this location several times, and it is always a good experience. The staff can be a little slow, but everyone is always nice. Our order is always correct, and the food is actually prepared much better than at most other locations.

I have eaten at this location occasionally over the past 5 years. It’s an occasion because of the hit or miss on quality and speed. Today’s food was actually fresh and okay. But then again there was only 3 customers in the store at noon on a Wednesday.

22 minutes waiting for your meal at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. And when I point this out by saying «we’ve waited for our food for 22 minutes,» your response should not be «ok???»

This place has always got my order wrong and the chicken isn’t good. It’s usually hard or dry. I’d rather eat dirt than this zaxby’s to be honest.

Worst take out experience ever. The new on-​line ordering process is terrible. It was not made any easier by the Zaxby staff. We had ordered traditional wings in sweet honey mustard, and 3 blackened blues plus a Birthday Cake milkshake. The store never called (cell # required to place order) to say that there was a problem. When I arrived to pick-​up, NOTHING had been started. The excuse was the wing sauce did not exist, so I picked one. They had already charged my credit card. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix the food. So, I waited the time, and go back in to pick-​up the food. Counter staff brings over the bags, say here ya go, and walks away. Totally forgot the milkshake. Reminded him, and he brought it over. There was never a offer of compensation for the screw up, or delay. The food was okay, but this is not a way for me to be a repeat customer. If you had my mobile number, the right thing should have been a call, and ask.
