Costume Holiday House

I have not been to this store in years and the last time I visited I felt they had mainly rentals and were very expensive. I do not feel that way anymore! Went there tonight looking for a few costumes for me and my husband. The workers there were extremely helpful and friendly. They knew exactly the items to show me when I showed them what I was going for off Pintrest. The costumes and accessories actually seemed less expensive to me than other competition and I felt they had a much wider selection especially when it comes to adult costumes that aren’t overly overly revealing. (Although they have those too). I would recommend going there before shopping elsewhere because you should be able to find what you are looking for and if not they will really try to help you!

The store employee was more than happy to find what I was looking for which was a batman costume for my 4 year old grandson. The costume looks great. Will come back. Loads of variety!

Great customer service. Slightly different variety then the temporary Halloween stores.

Highly recommend this place for all your costume needs. First of all they have almost everything. And I’m not kidding. Costumes, makeup, wigs, mascot costumes, rentals and purchases. Second, customer service is great. The lady working there is very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and on top of things.
So if you’re in the market for a costume you MUST come here!

I wanted to be Joan Holloway (from Mad Men) for Halloween this year and knew I needed a great red wig. I checked out Target, but they didn’t have much of a selection in red and the styles they had were not what I was looking for. I decided to stop by Costume Holiday House, and I’m really glad I did. Not only did the saleswoman help me choose a wig, she also took the time to style it for me in a gorgeous updo and explained how to put the wig on and take care of it.
While I was there I saw several people come and go. All got plenty of individual attention. About five people stopped in or called to see if they had contact lenses, and they explained patiently each time that they are not allowed to sell them and they also didn’t think there was anywhere in town to get them. It was about 3 days before Halloween.
I appreciated that they spent so much time with me on one of their busy days and I will definitely stop in again the next time I need something special for a costume.

The small appearance of the store front is deceiving, this place packs a ton of products for all your costume needs! Lots of options, unique costume ideas and props and great wigs. You can find items you can’t find at any of the other chain stores. Also a great selection of costumes for rental. The staff was extremely helpful, in a phone call they were very informative and gave great suggestions on how to make a costume idea work. Decent prices for items as well. Will definitely be visiting again this year for Halloween!
