Hampton Inn & Suites

I have been staying here all week for business. Normally, I cannot wait to get home. However, I am just a little sad to leave this hotel. When I called to reserve my room, I requested a standard king bed. Unfortunately, they only had standard queen rooms. No big deal, but when I arrived, they upgraded me to a king suite! The room is huge (even the standard rooms are extremely spacious .) It is a new hotel, and it’s actually quite fabulous for the rates. Housekeeping is excellent I couldn’t find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere.
It’s very quiet, I heard nothing from other rooms.
The pool, whirlpool area is nice, comfortable clean.
Great hot breakfast every morning.
All rooms have a fridge and microwave, with lots of cupboard space.
Even the keycards and staff nametags are cute and clever.
Speaking of staff, I’d have to give a 12 out of 10. Absolutely everyone, front desk, housekeeping, and corporate employees I came into contact with were not only friendly and helpful, but also full of personality, and seemed to very much love what they do. I manage properties and apartments, and customer service is everything.
I can always find something to complain about when I travel. This time, I got nuthin’. There was not one single thing I was unhappy with. I will stay here everytime I need to stay in Toledo.

Wow what a beautiful, new hotel! We happened to be passing through on our road trip and stumbled upon this surprise gem. The hotel is new, smells fresh and the décor is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was fabulous and plentiful! I loved all the cute chalk signs everywhere with cute sayings. Thanks for such a great stay!

Big, clean rooms. Did the Internet check-​in. Keys were waiting for me when I arrived. Hotel seems new.
Definitely stay here again.
