I am a first time customer, and am very pleased with the service. I have a leather purse that has been my favorite, but haven’t been able to use it, due to the rubber backing on the shoulder strap being cracked. They replaced it with suede, and it’s better than new! They were quick, and very reasonably priced.

Wonderful service and they are so nice. They fixed the heels of my favorite boots, even rebuilding the height on a side that was worn down after the sole came off. They also cleaned the suede and my boots looked as good as new. I was amazed at the reasonable price as well.
