In todays market realtors have to embrace technology to put their clients at the forefront of potential buyers. I am actively engaged in web and social media marketing to provide my clients with an edge to help them get the most amount of money, in the least amount of time with the least amount of inconvenience. In dealing with buyers it is my goal to provide the assistance of over 19 years experience selling homes to ensure the purchase agreement is written to protect the buyers interests. Regarding foreclosures, short sales and REO’s I have working relationships with numerous asset management companies which coordinate the negotiations and sales of homes that have been foreclosed or in a pre-​foreclosure state. I welcome these business to business opportunites and look forward to increasing more of these relationships in the future.

History

Established in 1993.

In 1993 after several years of commuting & working for a metal recycling company I decided to leverage my 10 years of industrial marketing & start selling residential real estate. I learned early in this business, that people like doing business with people they know and feel comfortable with. To enhance this philosophy I assisted in forming a West Toledo business networking group with the goal of getting to know each other & our businesses better & ultimately growing our business. For 12 years we have weekly met and passed qualified business referals. I have been affiliated with two large real estate franchises and most recently moved to a small locally owned company with the goal of serving my past clients and enhancing my web based referrals. Even in with most would call a poor environment for success I am excited about this market and the opportunities that it presents. I have been a resident of Toledo since 1990 and am extremely bullish on our area! During the past nearly 20 years of selling real estate I have gained an abundance of knowledge concerning the local market by selling or participating in the sale of numerous homes. I often tell people this is not a business of just selling homes, but rather building lasting relationships… ones that continue long after the final «i» is dotted and «t» is crossed!

The business model Realtors operate in today is far different than in December of 1993 when I started out. At that time the Broker controlled all listing information and consumers almost always had to work with an agent to buy and sell homes.

Today, consumers are empowered as never before, but I’m a firm believer that Realtors are still vital in the real estate transaction. Our job has evolved from being a conduit of information to one of a counselor, helping consumers evaluate the avalanche data that many times overwhelms them!
