Another fantastic dinner at Sidelines Telegraph! Wednesdays Steak Dinner Special is truly amazing! Beautiful New York Strip(I believe it was) and huge baked potato with fixin’s or vegetable if you prefer, dinner roll all for $ 10.99! The steaks, there were 4 of us, were all perfectly cooked to order and tender and juicy. Potato really did the job on a cold snowy evening. Two of us added a cup of French Onion soup and beverages and the total for both meals was just over $ 30! Totally recommend that you check out the Sidelines near you if you haven’t already, and if you have, go back again and treat yourself right at an affordable price. Hard to beat the cheerful service from one of the best wait staffs in town.

I lived in Toledo Ohio for two years and while I was there I went to Sideline III a lot and I always ordered the same thing. Steak with waffle fries and mixed vegetables. The steak was really good and so were the fries. I also added fried shrimp to the meal which cost a little extra. I also won a gift card where I could get free foul balls(fried chicken pieces dipped in sauce.) The staff is really friendly and there are tv’s everywhere so you can watch every game. My waitresses were always really nice to me and the food comes out really quick. I highly recommend them. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because even though the steak was really good, I compare all steak to Brazilian Rodizio restaurants in Jersey where I’m from which is some of the best I’ve ever had so I’m really biased.

I was in Toledo playing softball on a Thursday night and decided to grab dinner on my way back home to the mitten shaped state. We decided to stop here, I had always been curious about this place as I’m often in Toledo and pass it by during my commute to and from. The one thing that really stood out to me and that I thought was cool was that they replaced standard menus with tablets that had the description and pictures of and for most of the meals they served. I can tell that our waitress was annoyed, I’m not sure if she had a bad day, or if it was us just taking to long to order, but as cool as the menus were, they were unconventional to us. I ordered the Mexican pizza and was amazed! The personal size pizza even better than I thought, considering I ordered out of hast to keep our waitress from getting upset. Overall, it’s a fairly small sports bar, but the establishment is clean, I’m hoping that other than this one particular time that the wait staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and they have flat screens covering multiple angles so you don’t miss any action.

Sidelines is the best sports bar in Toledo! They have a great staff and amazing food. The foul Balls are now offered everywhere in Toledo but specialty chicken like the garbage balls are want I love about Sidelones. Have you had a grilled cheese? Do you like cheeseburgers? Well Sidelines has a knockout Berger that uses grilled cheese for the bun and then double bacon cheeseburger on the inside. Want something else unique and different? Try Mojo pizza! Live sports with arcade games and events like karaōke in addition to the great food. Daily drink specials and food specials. Monday is $ 1 Taco and Margaritas for example… If you haven’t tried Sidelines there are some great locations that all offer a great food with a splice of fun.

I eat here at least once a week, it’s close to my gym, and on my way home from work. The service is generally top notch, and the food is definitely above average. Home made chicken soup is fantastic, their salads are good and they have a large adult beverage selection if you are into that sort of thing. I don’t drink so I’ve never tried them. I’ve never had bad service, though speed of service at times leaves a lot to be desired. Try the fowl balls, or if you are real adventurous the«gutbuster.»

Thought I would try a new place tonight. FAIL! Let’s go in order of delivery… Spinach artichoke dip — Frozen and microwaved in the original container then dumped into a pretty bowl and sprinkled with shredded parmesan. Never stirred so it held the original bowl shape and was not consistently heated. Chips were stale. Cottage cheese — I was told the steamed veggies were frozen, so I played it safe with something that can’t go wrong, unless it’s spoiled. This was ok, thus the one star review(it would have been 0) Tossed Salad — iceberg and chopped veggies. Literally came to the table so fast it must have been bowled and in the chiller. Veggies were fresh and lettuce was crispy. Bleu cheese dressing was good. French onion soup — very hot and good broth. Onion pieces were too big for my preference. The cheese could choke a horse, but had good flavor. Sideline burger — medium rare came cooked right. Patty was from frozen and still showed the shaped from the bag it came out of. No texture to the outer surfaces, and no discernable flavor or seasonings other than the oil soaked ink of the plastic basket liner. The patty was covered in a bleu cheese sauce that was tasty and a slice of swiss cheese that was not melted nearly enough, and was not browned at all. The bottom bun was completely soaked with grease and inedible as the top bun looked ok, but I removed both before eating. Served in a terribly boring spring loaded plastic basket with a slab of paper that I would soon consume along with my dreadfully under-seasonsed sponge like patty paired with shredded iceburg, sliced white onions and 2 shaved pickle spears(also pushed aside) Maybe this place draws the crowds for football and beer because I always see it busy when I am on the way home from the gym. The server was pleasant and attentive, however they must pay a high premium for tap water around here because the cups come with a 7 to 1 ratio on ice. I know I sound grumpy, but this was a $ 16 meal at best, but it cost me almost $ 27($ 33 after the tip). Stay away from this over priced freezer thawed microwave palace of pints.

Awesome ribs! They were KILLER! I’m in Toledo, OH for the next two weeks for work and I’m definitely suggesting people go in on Tuesdays for their Pork Rib plate! It’s only $ 11.99 and you won’t be disappointed!

Just as good as the origional in Michigan. Fall off the bone ribs with a delicious bbq sauce. Easily my first choice when I’m looking for great BBQ. I’m never disappointed.

I ate lunch here yesterday with my mother. We each ordered the special, which was a barbecue platter. It came with a pulled pork sandwich, ribs, grilled chicken, and two sides for $ 10.99. Besides the grilled chicken, all of these items are cooked ahead of time, so there is no excuse for taking nearly 30 minutes to serve the food. It was lunchtime, and the place wasn’t busy at all. The ribs were good, although slightly overcooked, but the rest of the food was disappointing. The pulled pork tasted like it was from GFS, and the mashed potatoes were instant. The table next to us sent their wings back because they were rubbery, and I heard several tables having to ask their server for their bill. This is the 3rd restaurant of this chain to open in the area(hence the III), but they must not be very proud of it since as of this review, they haven’t even included this location on their website, even though it has been open for a month.
