The problem with working at Barry’s bakery is that the workers are caught between a maniac HR rep and a cowardly supervisor by the name of Nat. His name reflects well on his character as he is a spineless fly when it comes to sticking up for the employees. You’ve got a bull in a china shop HR rep(Jaime) and a sell-out coward(Nat) that will throw a working under the bus in a heartbeat if his bosses even sneeze. Of course Nat will brag about how many workers he’s fired but he can never brag about standing up to his bosses because he never has and never will.

OMG these little twists they make are awesome. Ive bought them from World Market, Ralphs(Kroger market family) and Vons(Safeway market family). They are the perfect little sweets with NO Cholesterol, Butter, Eggs, Yeast or Dairy. They are also Kosher Parve. They are even Weight Watchers approved! I’ve tried the maple french toast & california almond flavor. Now I see they have a raspberry one that I’ll have to hunt down. PS. I wrote a quick email with a product suggestion and the president himself wrote me back to say thank you and update me on their current projects. I appreciate that.

So I found this company after doing a google search on their products, but I wanted to do a special order, kind of a ‘variety’ pack — instead of 6 packages of the same flavor. 6 packages? Yeah. Don’t ask. But don’t worry — they’re not all for me. Sent a sales inquiry — via the web — to find out if this was a possiblity — and didn’t hear back. Called and left a message with receptionist, Vanessa. Vanessa was super friendly but I waited two days and didn’t hear back. I finally called again and spoke to Jamie in Sales. She answered my questions and I placed my order via their webstore(very basic — almost beta like). Filled in the comments section only to discover that the comments do not actually transmit with your order. Where do they go? No one knows. Why is that field even there? No one knows. So I did have to expend more effort than I would have liked to get my order placed — but the associates I spoke with seemed friendly enough and they have good, Weight Watcher endorsed products. I’m waiting to see how long delivery takes and what the products look like once I get ‘em — then I’ll update this review.
