Food is good but once you have Poquito Mas you know you can get something better but all in all I stop and get a Burrito once in a blue moon there’s always parking spots in their parking lot and I want to try the veggie burrito it was pretty good.

Mexican healthy food made fresh to your order. I ordered Shrimp and Steak Burrito. Wow, it was great with choice of 6 different salsas on salsa bar. Loved it. The service by Aleyda was super. This restaurant is worth trying.

Nothing fresh about it. My shrimp was on the grill for 15 minutes cause it was frozen. Not too friendly staff with dried out salsa station

I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember. The food is always consistent and delicious. I also really appreciate that this location is usually pretty clean. When I worked as a PA, I often came here for catered office lunches and the employees even made that an enjoyable experience(usually ordering for 30+ people is far from enjoyable!). They always worked with me suggesting how much and what to order to fit my budget. Thankfully those days are long behind me. Oh and one time I left my phone behind at the register when ordering, not realizing until like two hours later after they were already closed. To my surprise, they still answered their phone and after proving it was my phone, was able to come and pick it up right away. I was super thankful!

My bf and I are very frequent customers to this location. We just wanted to express our gratitude for this amazing team of employees. They work hard to keep the quality consistent with every order. The place is always clean, the food is always good, and the people are always nice. We love this Baja! Keep it up!

To my complete astonishment, I like this place, even though it’s tex-mex food. But, I have to say, it’s at the top of the barrel for casual, pseudo-mexican food. I ordered the shrimp, lime salad, and it was perfectly grilled, seasoned and came with big, grilled vegetables, with fresh chips. The salsa bar was also very pleasing, as it looked homemade, and offered a variety of spiciness. If you want something casual, quick and a reliable chain, come here.

Wasn’t a big fan of Baja Fresh until I tried out something new here and they made it perfect just how I wanted it. At the salsa bar they make this thing with mangoes and I love it, can’t really find it in other locations except this one.

Best baja burrito in town. Get it enchilado style. Workers are helpful. Very convenient

The quality went down for a while and it seems now its back were it used to be. The beef is tender and the chips arent stale. I guess they listened to the survey I filled out. It actually seems like there are customers now.

Baja fresh is not fresh no mo Baja fresh used to be good back in the day. The quality of the food has really diminished. I got the wahoo fish bowl. Fish was tough and taste was bland and somewhat small compared to Sharkey’s. They keep current by offering good fish, quinoa and veggies. Just saying, what happened to you Baja Fresh?

Well — my wife has been here many many times — however this visit on Sunday was my first time here. I found the staff to be professional, efficient and attentive. The kitchen appearance was bright clean and a blur of activity. The cuisine was plentiful, tasty and visually appealing. That said how could you find fault? Well — I did and I was not really LOOKING for fault. You see — I found a short section of HAIR in my sour cream on the grilled mahi mahi burrito. I got it WET and it was glaringly obvious. When I presented it to the staff they had no hesitation in offering a replacement. Sigh… they get props for how they handled it — and NOPENALTY fro my perepective for having it happen. I figure it could be a random event … nothing indicative of truly abusive food handling … unless this were to happen again sometime? Sigh…

Always healthy, delish, consistent, great prices, salsas you can drink up they are so yummy! I always order the grilled fish tacos, black beans & rice… unlimited chips come with the meal… and the self serve salsa bar is GREAT! This place is a must eat even though it’s a chain restaurant.

I was worried about Baja for a while. When Chipotle showed up on the scene, it was as if Baja didn’t know what to do to stay relevant. Thankfully, the scale evened out and Baja has stayed open. This specific location is great. The staff if nice and helpful. They always greet me when I walk in. The food is tasty and always hot. The service is fast and the salsa bar is always stocked, which is a plus.

Solid Baja fresh. Not amazing food but good for the price. Overall clean, friendly staff, nice place. Build your own burrito seems like the way to go, definitely something to help compete with Chipotle, and something they need. Good job.

I was a fan of Baja Fresh when it opened in the 90s but quality has deteriorated since. For example, today I may have gotten food poisoning from their old steak… it was stale and had a disgusting aftertaste. The rectangular fish stick in the fish taco wasn’t great either. Definitely sticking with Rubio’s or Wahoo’s from now on. Baja Stale is more like it.

The staff is friendly. The place is clean. The food was good. Ordered the Ultimo Chicken Burrito. All had good flavor. The chicken was juicy, the roasted veggies were al dente however it had way too much mushy rice — no bueno. Overall would go again but maybe have them go easy on the rice and add more veggies. Also notice that Baja Fresh has introduced a B.Y.O.B — build your own burrito. You can take an order slip and check off what you would like in your burrito. Different prices based on the type of fillings you get.

One of the best things about living in LA is the really good Mexican Food. The food here is good, it’s that fresh mex. When I go here, it’s has a Zankou Chicken right next door, so when I don’t feel like mexican food, I head next door. I ate here today for lunch, I got the baja salad, it was fresh, the dressing wasn’t that good, I like the balsamic dressing I had last time. I do like the hot salsa, which wasn’t that hot but tasty. I go here couple times a month, it’s usually not to busy and the food comes quickly.

I come here every once in a while when I’m craving mexican food, because I feel like chipotle is not fulfilling for me. Don’t get me wrong, it fills me up, but I find this place more of an authentic mexican fast food place. All the employees at chipotle are white kids, while all the employees at baja fresh are hispanic. I can notice the tast difference too.

I have been to my fair share of Baja Fresh’s in my day. I have come to expect the same quality, and same type of meal from each and everyone of them, and today was no different. It is your typical, upscale, fast food Mexican restaurant. Tacos, Burritos, Fish Tacos, Tostada salads, and nachos. Today I went with the Mexican Wet Burrito, which comes with beans(I ordered black beans, but you have a choice,)rice, salsa(hot or mild, of course I chose HOT,) and I ordered Steak, but you can get, Carnitas, Chicken, or Shrimp I believe. Laura, the nice young lady at the register, then asked if I wanted to add chips and guacamole for another $.99, I should have stopped there, but for some reason I also ordered a Baja Crispy Fish Taco. The burrito was huge, tasty and I actually forgot how big it was. When you order it WET, that means they pour their delicious enchilada sauce all over the top of it, and your chips on the plate, and melt cheese all over it. And I still have a side of Chips, Guac, and a Taco? The steak is always seasoned the same, not the greatest, but it has a good flavor, could use a little bit more salt and lemon. The guacamole was the best thing I ordered. I love theirs, you can tell they make it fresh, because there are still HUGE chunks of avocado in it. The taco was so-so, nothing that I would order again. It had a decent flavor, but by the time I got to it, it was a little soggy from sitting in the tomatoes, and the sauce they put on it. They also have a fresh salsa bar, with spicy and medium sauces. I love their salsa, but I think it’s time to step up to one degree hotter, and call it caliente. Food-3.5 I can tell you this was one of the cleanest ones I have been to in a while. There was a young lady walking around sweeping up, clearing off the tables, and wiping down the salsa bar the whole time I sat there. She was asking people if they wanted refills of their drinks, or salsa, or needed anything else. An elderly group of gentlemen even added a few people and asked if she could put some of the tables together and she went over and made it happen. She actually refilled my lemonade, took my extra tray, and brought me extra napkins, but I think that was because she could see my burrito was making a mess of me. It did take a little while to get my food, which wouldn’t have been good if I didn’t have a 45 minute lunch, but then again, it is made fresh!!! Service-5 I don’t actually go out of my way to go to Baja Fresh, but I do go there a lot. It’s affordable, it’s good food, and they are located in a lot of places. I will go back to this location, since we are in this area a lot, I’m just glad we didn’t hit the lunch rush… Overall-4
