I am a first timer to acupuncture, and they made the process super easy and informative and I felt well taken care of the entire time!
The acupuncture has given me some relief, and I had a massage after, that really helped too. I will keep using this center, and the staff are all very professional and welcoming.

Best thing ever happened to me A friend of mine recommend me this place. What a great place Jim the masseuse is one of the best in town i’ve been struggling with my shoulder pain for months already been to a few massages nothing helped but trying Jim for the second time I would say 95% of the pain is gone. Very professional has a lot of knowledge. Nicole is also amazing for acupuncture I highly recommend this spa.

I’ve dealt with back problems for about 5 years and have seen quite a few chiropractors in my day. Dr Mario is probably the most thorough one I’ve had. He is informative and takes time to answer all my questions. He knows what he’s doing and will get to the root of your problem and fix it too. The services here are worth every dollar!

Total Health Center keeps me and my family healthy year round. Acupuncture with Nicole has corrected many of my chronic complaints and prevents them from recurring. Deep therapeutic massages with Jim or Melissa allow me to shed stress and repair wear from tough workouts. And gentle, firm and intelligent chiropractic adjustment and movement isolation with Dr. Mario has begin to address structural and posture issues I have had for years. This place is part of my regular health régime — a one stop shop to keep my blood, muscles and bones in optimal performance shape.

Nicole and her team are amazing. A special shout out to Dr. Mario her chiropractor. He is fantastic. By far the best chiropractor I have ever been to

I am fortunate enough to visit this office on a weekly basis. I suffer from a few chronic issues that had me feeling tired and stiff. My overall flexibility and mobility were not where I wanted them to be. I started with acupuncture and massage after a car accident and the results were immediate. I had never tried acupuncture before since I hate needles but I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and calming it was. Nicole is incredible. She is thorough and very gentle.
Jim and Chaz (massage) are extremely professional and listen to what you need. I have had many massages and unfortunately I don think I will ever be able to go anywhere else. These guys know their stuff! My back was a mess and they really helped alleviate the pain.
Dr. Mario is the best chiropractor I have ever had. He has helped get my mobility and strength back. His sessions are a workout and he always gives you exercises to do between visits.
The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. They are patient with scheduling and take care of you. They run a tight ship. I look forward to all my visits and I am enjoying the life changing results.
Everyone here is very kind and truly committed to making you better. They work as a team and the results are excellent.

2^nd Review: THE TEAM AT TOTAL HEALTH HAS SAVED MY LIFE! I know that this statement may sound like exaggeration, but I assure you that this is «spot on» accurate. My daily pain level had caused me to be inactive and I was starting to see changes in my attitude and temperament. I had become a very down type of person which is not my norm. This had happened slowly over the course of years. When Nicole Bradshaw (acupuncturist) and Dr. Mario (Chiropractor) first started working with me, I was just hoping to get out of excruciating pain; I hadn’t dared to think things like having no pain and having an active life again. I had already been told by my doctor that I needed to make some changes, but I wasn’t able to because of the pain that I was in.
The staff at the front desk (Melody, Melinda and Monsurat) have always made me feel welcome which is a big help when going to any new establishment. I also get massages from the team of Jim, Chaz and Melissa which has been an integral part of my healing. It is a total approach to my health that has resulted in me going from in pain, inactive, depressed and 202 lbs. (@5’5″) to no pain, working out 5 days per week and 175 lbs. So you see, I am not exaggerating — The team at Total Health Center literally gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough! This is my second review and my opinion of this place just keeps getting better.

Total health is amazing!!! I have been visiting this establishment since January 2015 and I feel great. I was given the full VIP treatment Acupuncture, Chiropractic work, and Massage. My job requires much physicality and my body needs support and that’s where Total Health has been so beneficial. Furthermore, one could not find a friendlier staff. Each and every person who is employed here goes out of their way to make you feel special. When I walk in they know my name and greet me like family. Go to Total Health and feel better!!!

I absolutly love this place!!! I have been going for about three years for chiropractic and massage, I have recently started acupunture Nicole is a miracle worker she knows things about how my body is working by simply taking my pulse then treats that particular ailement along with a few others. Melissa always does my massages another miracle worker I never have to tell her where I hurt she just knows, combine both tratments in one day and boy oh boy are you going to feel Great!!!

I just wanted to start off by saying how clean and nice the place is. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the professionalism everyone had .
I went in to see Dr. Mario Tolj for Chiropractic treatment and I can not emphasize enough of how much he helped me ! His knowledge and amazing techniques really left a great impression on me. He truly cares for his patients and I was so thankful the relief I had from one treatment ! I’ve been to several chiropractors and I must say, he’s the best I’ve ever had!

Such a warm, friendly environment. They’re super available, flexible, easy to work with across the board. I see Dr. Mario (chiropractor) the most. He listens well, takes the time to meet your individual needs, and problem solves with you to address your issues. He is patient, professional, and committed to his work and each patient. I also see Chas (massage), who is incredibly intuitive and specific in his work. I have seen Nicole (acupuncture, owner) a number of times as well and she is extremely kind, caring, and responsive.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Nicole is a wonderful spirit who deeply cares about her patients. The ladies at the reception desk are lovely and so accommodating. Chaz and Dr. Mario are my healing dream team and I feel a million times better after treatments. I’m so grateful to have found this place and can’t imagine life without it.

I absolutely love this place! The ambiance alone makes me come together and feel at peace. The girls in the front are always so inviting and docile especially over the phone.
Ive been treated By Dr. Mario the Chiropractor twice now and im already noticing a difference. I appreciate how patient and energetic he is and how he takes his time to explain everything from a to z and leaves room to answer all my questions as redundant as they may seem. The light wwe is also appreciated.
Chaz (masseuse) is just magical! He Does such a great job at making me feel extremely comfortable in such an intimate environment. Overall always a pleasant experience.

I had been experiencing a stiff neck and sharp lower back pain for years, but never seeked professional help before. A friend of mine referred me to Total Health and recommended Dr. Mario after she raved about her amazing experience.
This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor’s office so I was fairly nervous about my full assessment. Dr. Mario made me feel incredibly comfortable with his knowledgable explanation of exactly what to expect. After my gentle yet thorough examination, he used life sized figures to brief me on my condition and confident treatment plan.
He then used unique muscle release techniques and therapeutic exercises which he taught me to practice at home as well. I immediately felt a world of difference on my neck and back just after my first visit. Cannot wait to go back for further treatment; I highly recommend this clinic! The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and extremely skilled!

The acupuncture and people here have changed the way I live my life! I am a fighter and have severe low back problems and I had tried everything to fix it, from physical therapy to deep painful massages. I had no idea the amazing effect that acupuncture could have on serious issues like herniated and bulging disks in my low back, with the right person knowing how your body operates and really caring about treating it properly it does amazing things and thats what is provided here!

I have never tried acupuncture in my life … I am a very healthy active person.
However when I met Nicole she told me what she did, and I would benefit from doing acupuncture. I have suffered headaches for over 20yrs some severe and debilitating at times, high stress level ups and down with energy and chronic neck and upper back pain
I have been consistent for a month with doing acupuncture and massage twice a week and although it’s a process.
I am starting to see a difference and I feel with continued sessions I will be feeling amazing.

I had never tried acupuncture before seeing Nicole, but I was looking for a way to manage stress, neck pain, and sleep problems without a prescription. I’ve now seen her 4 times and everything has improved. Stress effects me less deeply, I’m sleeping like a baby, and my neck has never felt so good. Combined with amazing massages from Jim and Chaz, Nicole’s acupuncture has absolutely improved my total health. Highly recommended!

This review is not for Dr. Bradshaw, but her office staff. I have been to see Dr. Bradshaw about 5 times and my experience with the office has been abysmal. On one occasion the doctor had to leave town suddenly and her staff were instructed to notify her clients. They had my mobile, home and office number on file along with my husband’s number in case of emergency. Not one of these numbers were called. No missed calls, no voice mail messages, nothing. I showed up to a locked office. Dr. Bradshaw apologized by saying that they left the contacting of clients to a new staff member. Okay, things happen, I let this one slide. Today I went to my weekly appointment only to be informed that they inadvertently put me on the schedule for next week (I won’t be in town next week) and they could not fit me in today. This one is on Dr. Bradshaw. She is wonderful, but you cannot expect your clients to adjust their lives (in my case leave work early) and repeatedly mess up their appointments. I will find another acupuncturist that will not stress me out.

My fiancé has been having back and stress problems with sleepless nights for a long time now. After an appointment with the Great Dr. Mario, Melody, the office manager, enlighten us on some of the other services and professionals available. He talked to Dr. Nicole about his insomnia and stress and she recommended some natural/​herbal supplements and her amazing «Ni-​Chi» technique. In my fiancé’ swords: «I have to say that the Ni-​Chi technique was priceless! It is a „must try“ acupuncture approach. You’ll have to see for yourself! I came out of the office like a brand new man!» Thank you to the Total Health Center team for taking care of my fiancé with a smile and a helping hand. I never imagined whole hearted service like this! I will definitely recommend this place to you all.

The Total Health Center is an extremely appropriate name for this business. From acupuncture to therapy massage to chiropractic care, the professionals here are the best! From the moment you walk into their office, you’re greeted by friendly and courteous staff members who are attentive to your needs. Having had acupuncture by Dr. Nicole Bradshaw, phenomenal massage therapists, and chiropractors, this place will help you recover from any physical injury.
Recently, I’ve been dealing with extreme pain in the upper left shoulder, neck, and lower back. Dr. Mario (Chiropractor) has been amazing in his ability to address and treat the shoulder, neck, and back problems. Dr. Mario takes the time to listen and communicate (something most doctors no longer do). He assessed the problem, put me on treatment plan that quickly and vastly improved my condition to lessen the pain, and educated me on exercises to prevent the reoccurrence of the pain and the cause of it. Dr. Mario incorporates physical therapy, massage, stretches, and exercises to remediate the pain and source of problem. Thanks to Doctor Mario I’m now feeling back to normal again! Wow, what a wonderful relief!!!
And in conjunction with the chiropractic care by Dr. Mario, the physical therapy/​massages by Jim, Melissa, and Chaz have contributed to my physical recovery. Although they are all incredible massage therapists, I have found Jim to be most helpful with alleviating my shoulder and neck pain. I can’t say enough about how much they ALL have changed my health and well being. Thanks to the entire staff at the Total Health Center. Great teamwork of professionals!
