Sprint Remodeling and Design

I had an appointment for today at 7 PM. It’s 8:45 PM and nobody showed up or called. Had the appointment details confirmed with Harold just 4 days ago (I repeated the date, day of the week, and time). Too bad for the company since Harold sounded professional over the phone and we have 2 baths to work on.

they sucks, kept calling my house when I advised DO NOT CALL!!! Idiots

After getting 4 estimates we choose to go with Sprint remodeling, we were very cautious in the beginning but after the first day when the demo is started the company get control and our project go smooth and by the schedule, our sells rep was very helpful and gave us the right advices, them employees was very clean and professional .we going to Recommend them to family and friends

I have been getting calls from this contractor for months. The calls do not stop. I am always polite and tell them I do not have any work that needs to be done. The caller gets annoyed every time, sounds angry and is incredibly pushy. I’m sure it’s the same guy calling over and over. Two days ago I told them they call me at least 4 times a week and he said he would take me off the calling list. Today I got another all and told the caller to please take me off the list and he hung up. Totally rude and basically harassment. I am so over this company calling me. I can only imagine what it is like to work with them.

Sprint remodeling were very professional from the first phone call and all the way to complete our master bath room remodeling, There workers r very quiet and polite the clean up is perfect, our project manger was Jonathan he help us to get ideas for the design, colors, and material we r going to recommend them to other friends. good job sprint R&D see u in our next project

Call me old-​fashioned, but this is generally how business works, from my perspective as a business-​owner, as well as a consumer:
1) Determine job to be done. In this case, a new deck for the front of our house.
2) Find a service provider. In this case, Sprint Remolding and Design.
3) Get an estimate.
And this is where the process broke down with these guys. Are they a good value? Do they do good work? Are they timely? No idea, because we couldn’t agree on the basics of them sending a representative to the house to give an estimate.
Without getting into the nit-​picky details of them not showing up when they said they would, not calling when they said they’d call, etc., the bottom line is that I was told if they had to meet with me (the tenant of our rental house) and then again with the owner (who has empowered me to make the decision on whom to hire, since I will be overseeing), that coming out to give an estimate would be at their convenience, if at all. The job is just not that important to them. «They have a business to run,» after all.
Um, yeah. Good luck with that.

Not using the DO NOT CALL LIST! Do the basics first please! Not a good way to build your reputation.

I just got a phone call from Sprint Remodeling. When I said I wasn’t interested, the guy said «you sound nice, I’d like to stop by before your husband gets home.» When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he hung up. I imagine this creeper has my address. Not comforting.

We hired Sprint to remodel our bathtub and they did an amazing job. They demolished the old tub and tile and put in all new tile, tub, and fixtures. The job took less than a week. I got multiple quotes for the work and their price was reasonable. We dealt with River throughout the job and he was a pleasure to work with. During the initial quote, he showed me other jobs he has done on his phone and it allowed me to see how good his past work has been. He was also very responsive during the work to all my texts and questions. We love the new shower! I would highly recommend them and we would definitely use Sprint again for future projects.

Sprint came in and remodeled our bathroom and did a magnificent job. My fiancé and I have consulted with multiple contractors and couldn’t be happier with the job and the choice of going with Sprint. Our Sales rep was extremely helpful and made us feel extremely comfortable and gave us the confidence that we needed in them to do a great job. The turn around time was excellent, and the job was done very cleanly. Would highly recommend this company for any remodeling that you may need around the house!

Wow, am I shocked to see what people are saying about this company!
Sprint remodeled my kitchen this month and it looks beautiful. New counter tops, cabinets and flooring. My sales rep was very nice and walked me through every detail with ease and the turn around time was FAST! I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about but my experience has been wonderful. Will refer!

I am STILL getting harassing phone calls twice daily from these assholes. Even if I needed their services, I would never use someone so unprofessional.

I received a call from this company and I was actually looking to hire a contractor. This person called me while joking around with someone that he was talking and when I said Hello??? he laughed and hung up on me and said just checking on you? WTF was that about?

These guys are jerks. They call searching for business. When I politely advised «Robert» that I did not currently require any remodel or construction but instead requested that he remove my number from his call list. He hung up on me.
I Googled the business name and reached «Harold» who said he was the manager. I explained the situation and how Robert had hung up on me. I told him that i was currently on the Unilocal site and would be writing a negative review. He said Robert was one of his best sales people but that he would remove my number if I changed my Unilocal review. When I commented that Robert should be talked to about his bad telephone manners. «Harold» he said he didn’t care about that but assured me my number would be removed from his list.
Great I told him. But I would be including his comments in my review. He said «go ahead do whatever you want. And use my name «Harold Ballsack».
What creeps and jerks. They have broken so many laws they don’t even know. Get ready Mr «Ballsack» your calls are now being logged.
